I see some new ico that are good enough and have good prospects, but there are still people who make false ico just for fraud purposes
many investors are now getting smart and extremely more careful ,its really a good thing ,before we know it the scam rate will get lower and scammers won't make a dime from ICO anymore.
Ok read this. Yeah investors are becoming smarter as the time goes, but also take a look at those shit ICOs where they develop their whitepaper and projects to make it legit, where it's almost impossible to differentiate it. If you spend more time to investigate then sure it might work, but if those people are just joining without tracking anything then it's useless.
