Of course, because I'm not an investor but I don't want to be caught in a scam project, especially investors who have to risk their capital
I also became one of the unfortunate victims of the scam project and I didn't want it to happen to me again so I tried to keep learning so I could continue to distinguish which projects were good and which ones would scam

After 2017 max ICO profits, ICO has since then been a high target for scammers but alas ICO will still survive on the long run ,bitorrent and fetch.ai has proven that, many investors are now getting smart and extremely more careful ,its really a good thing ,before we know it the scam rate will get lower and scammers won't make a dime from ICO anymore. I think action speaks more than words,no one wants to lose money to scam projects anymore so they are forced to learn how to spot good projects to invest in. Warning doesn't work but investors losing money does makes them learn.
The chances of ICOs surviving is very slim and you can rightly put it that it is just 1 on a scale of 1-10. I don't see any interest in it again from the crypto community.

These days ICO is less popular. The most significant emerging trend in the crypto markets at the moment is IEO (Initial Exchange Offering). It's almost the same as ICO but IEO token sales are executed by crypto exchanges rather than the companies that seek to raise capital themselves.
That trend seems to be getting more popular, we can say that investors are now choosing IEO or ICO, for the reason that the risk is reduce. All we want is just investors to feel safe in investing so the flow of money in crypto would increase, and that increase the demand of the coins in the market, which is good for the overall standing. ICO would survive, but how long? if there is no improvement in the current set-up, they will be gone in no time.

I believe ICOs will never be replaced by IEOs. ICOs will exist because very soon new promising coins and projects will be coming up soon in the crypto business hence ICO has a huge chance of surviving.
ico is still at the top of its game, not all project can run IEO on Binance launchpad, I believe lots of investors now trust on Binance launchpad IEO than any other exchange, so running an ico still makes some sense than IEO
It will be hard for ICOs to survive. Scam project have made the investors more experienced and careful and now good projects with perspective ideas cannot engage the public. I can admit, that just the strong players will stay.

Bounty hunters receive remuneration for their work and in most cases, everyone comes to his own discretion with his property. But no one should accuse the participant in the Bounty company of falling coin prices, and the poor development of companies. His company is really suffering first and foremost due to other fraudulent projects, because investors are wary of the entire company’s ico market.

They switched over to IEO's maybe there's still some investors who's trying to sort out from this venue but most of them already adopt the newsystem, some ICO's might survive those who have really wanted to be uses after the release of their projects, but those who's only entitled for
pumped and dumped will not last long and will be forgotten.

ICO now not populer anymore after some bad activity on ico itself, like scam and project not real like writed on whitepaper. Peoples getting tired of being scam and not profit from joining ico

I am yet to see any positive signals in the ICO industry, and there is nothing even to indicate that the decline has been stalled. Even in 2019, we had a few well publicized scam projects which stole the money from investors, and there were many projects which failed to achieve softcap. And the most worrying sign is the sharp decline in the investment volumes directed towards the ICOs.

I don't have the confidence again because a lots of people invested on different opens but mostly nothing will improved in the recent times that's why the chances are very low and I think we need to you wait and clarify how long it can be possible. I believe that in the ICO there is no chance of survival. Because in order to survive, investments are needed, and in fact they do not and will not exist because they do not trust him. That's it, just a vicious circle.
Well... I agree. Once the reputation is destroyed, it is very difficult to get it repaired. We had far too many scam ICOs during the past one and half years. I am not denying the fact that there were quite a few successful ones as well, but when people lose big amounts, the news spread like wildfire. And now the investors have vanished almost completely. Even good projects are struggling to attract investment.

the only request for the ICO project is to present the good team, roadmap and some kind of product and investors will buy all the tokens.
If this can be provided and not in a deceiving ways surely support will come and investors interest will start to grow, project with good intentions and have a real usage is still be able to get attention from this industry, even there's a lots of scam around it will survive if the team is really serious.

I have been also a victim of some ICOs before that is why I am more careful now. Many projects doesn't reach their softcap this year. Investors are extremely careful this year.
