Whitepaper is an important part of this and a very important part to give information.
From me I think a whitepaper is a very important and content of any project I don't think an ice would be complete without a whitepaper, it help gives an over view of what the project is all about people get to understand it and know more about it
Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

It's better to get away from this ICO, because it's a pure scam. Technical documentation is a necessary part of any ICO, and all progress of any ICO depends on their technical document.
Any ico without whitepapers it's just showing you how unserious that particular project are because any project that did not have whitepaper how will you know what that particular project are upto and which team members are among them.
How can investor knows about the project if the ICO dont have a whitepaper... so it means the project is not good enough to invest your money without whitepaper.. because I believe that ICO without a technical information is scam..and I think it's really hard to find a new ICO without whitepaper..dont participate this kind of project without whitepaper..
One of the things every investor looked at before investing in any project is white paper. It is the White paper that will give clear insight of any blockchain project. So if a project claim to exist or run an ICO with a white paper, please dear run for your life, there is every tendency that they want to scam people.
I think ICO projects that do not have Whitepaper are not likely to be fraudulent, but they can not get the trust of investors. But if the ICO projects just put Whitepaper on it, they will immediately get trust and invest in the project.
I would say it is a hundred percent scam. I think the whitepaper really is needed for any project for people to assess if the project is really worth to invest in. A project with ongoing bounty wiht no whitepaper really looks a scam

I dont see any ico or a project without whitepaper. whitepaper is the document that contains every details about the project. without it, how would the investors know their plan and the use of their project if there is no such information given to the community.
I have read many reviews with the same scheme with this . As if they are selling a blank piece of paper and promise that it will rise this kind of price in the future. You better stay out of it because you only suffer from scammers
Well, if they want to have some investor they really should put a whitepaper. I would never trust a project (Ico) without a proper white paper. There are a lot scammers already. If the team wanna be succesful they should make investors to trust the project. Whitepaper is important.

To my best opinion, I can't advice any investors to participate on a project without Whitepaper. Whitepaper explain details about a project, it plans and solutions to a particular problem.

Any ico without whitepaper is nothing but a scam. Whitepaper is a way showing investors the project's plan and how to execute the plan, so, if any ico fails to release their whitepaper, you should know that is a scam.
I will join the opinion of most people and I think that projects can not be without white paper. I think that this is not entirely correct, since the project must clearly contain the explanation of the project.
