There had been almost a month of hiatus of ICOBID PLATFORM after the PRE-ICO campaign of ICOBID PLATFORM end and now that they are about to start the ICO period. They had announced their ICOBID Platform ICO rules.
What can you say about this project and its ICO rules. Can you kindly give me your thought about this? Thank you.

ICO rules are bright; however ICB price is rather low comparing to other projects.
You have a great project which will definitely bring success to all investors. ICB price would be not inferior to any other cryptocurrencies that have same supply.
ICOBID comes from bright ideas to bring ideas to life:
- A platform for voting to choose best ideas for actualization based on the weight of cryptocurrency holders. Voting is similar to other voting processes in cryptocurrency world; however icobid voting method seems to be the only one will benefit voters.
- Cryptocurrency to be chosen is a hybrid POW/POS. This is far different from other projects that are almost pure POS or POW. There will be a fair competition between miners and stakers to mine ICB or to mine "votes". Inflation which is around 10% would be attractive to icobid network maintainers and do not makes icobid cold wallet holders to worry.
- A step up ICO price will benefit earlier investors; however all investors in any round will also get benefit from the deploying a working platform after ICO.
Let rethink to set a higher price for ICB. This will make ICB more attractive.

It seems that there is change in rule, so the rule of the ico has changed the price of ICOBID. A total of 280 BTC if sold according to plan. And total would be more if the demand to ICOBID is greater. Where would you hold the ICO? It would be great if this ICO will be held in Poloniex or Bittrex.
We will start crowdsale within our own ICO page with reputable escrow. We are completing final steps for ICO. We are also building an ICO Platform where most feasible and favorable ideas will be done. This is also an essential part of ICOBID platform.I had created a thread in an altcoin discussion section, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1690242.new#new ; any thought or idea about the rules can be openly discussed there. Can someone post his config file, I still can't connect using the nodes in http://crunck.tech/nodes/icobid/
Open a notepad.
Write: addnode=95.211.57.108
Save as: set to all files and name it "icobid.conf"
Being an older member here I know how to make config file. It just won't work and that's all.
