Not sure if I understood it correctly but does this means that anyone can post an idea on ICOBID and get to be funded by investors?
If for instance I will post my idea of a token and then funded, although I'm not a coder myself can ICOBID hire some coders for me for the idea to be built?

hello. I have read the idea of this project and I can say that your concept is better than other existing ICOs here. Just got some question to add more info about the community. If a team is developed and finalized, will you disclose it to the community since it will be headed towards a well-planned project?: Do you already have an exact target amount of ICB that should attain in ICO since Team Establishment Rules are already stated? Thank you, and hoping for this project to move on.
There're total 100.000.000 ICB. 95.000.000 will be used for ICO. 5mil left used for bounties (2mil in Pre-ICO stage, 3 mil in ICO Stage).
We will use 10% fund from ICO to buy back ICB when ICB launches exchanges (It could be ICB exchange within platform). This will be ICB fund for team.
