This morning I realized an amazing advantage of ICNX that no one has mentioned before. If I traded on my own, I would have to pay short term capital gains here in the U.S.
But with ICNX, they can constantly adjust the underlying assets and I never have to pay capital gains tax until I sell my ICNX.

People will soon see, Iconomi was not built for crypto nerds dicking around with pocket money. It was built for large investors with large pockets.
I think it's ICNX that's backed by BTC and ETH holdings. ICN is just shares of the ecosystem?
They buy/sell those alt coins in idex that is why there were meeting with bittrex/poloniex .
Later they add those indexes into exchanges which is quite good IMO more liquidity and flexibility for people.
$10 in the summer. I bet.

They said liquidity issues were already solved for ICNX by instituting liquidity thresholds for asset inclusion in ICNX and imposing dynamic buying limits based on current market situation
They are still working in the liquidity of the assets related with the DAMP funds, as long as their fund managers will create and follow their own rules... I guess it will take them some time... No news as far as I know...

You can send all ether based tokens to an Ether wallet. You can send ICN to your ether wallet the same way you send Ether.
Not to ALL eth wallets. Make sure the wallet you are sending to supports ICN. For example jaxx wallet does not support ICN yet, and if you send it to coinbase eth wallet, those ICN are lost forever

I read this thread every day, joined their slack, which is by far the most active that i got into.
that is 100% true, other slacks write as much in one day as we discuss maybe in 1 hour.
Despite being new and having seen the price spike up and down several times all I do i hodl and buy more whenever i can.

If iconomi were polo you would get: 200 000$ daily from fees buy/sell fees ~ 30 000$ for management daily
lets say in good scenario this is like 250 000$ day so 0.0025 per ICN ~ 2.5$ per 1000 ICN DAILY / 70$/1000ICN month. and 840$ year
1000ICN today is ~400$.
BLACK side of that deal is you need to wait for good developmment:D...
When you value stock they pay about 5% share so ICONOMI value should fly 20x
but this is theory crafting for patient people.

They have 10 Million in the pipeline, where a decent amount will be invested in marketing to reach more people. Besides that, large amounts of the ICO money getting invested in their own funds, which means the money will flow back to the investors. We take it thankfully of course
On the other hand we have ICN tokens at an ridiculous price atm, because we had several HUUUUGEE FUD attacks at relatively low volume (not yet on Polo).
The FUDlers took it very seriously. The better the project, the more they want to aquire large chunks of the tokens to make even more gains!
They managed it to bring the price down with DAILY FAKE NEWS + selling again and again under the current market price. Of course, people who were new to crypto investments got very cold feet and dropped there coins. They were afraid to lose all! Very sad for the week-handed people
But the project team does it´s job and you can read news almost daily in the slack channel. The team is very busy atm but here and then they write something in the channel.
