The dividends I'm talking about is from the profits gained with our money from the ICO.
This is a small token of appreciation to the ICO investors which is long overdue. In the
long run this will show intent of the dev's to progress the project and should help stabilize
the ICN price because we are all working on good will ATM.

Man and this is point that makes sense sice 97% investors have 0 knowledge about building advanced systems,
they want everything fast and now.
ETH was built by some time here also will be.
But for many this is to long so they want short way will BTC rumor about ETF and want capitalize that news.

When BTC goes 2000$ even with ETF approval NEW people will look for some interesting alternatives and ICN is good one for sure.

It takes time to develop platform that handles people's money. You can't have shortcuts with that. The team has to take the time to build and test the platform properly.

Imagine one whale from fiat world comes to them and say i want put 1milion Euro on ICNx and 50% on ICN because I know that my investment will move price of ICN vertical UP
...Imagine that butthurt of people who sold ICN under 1$.
And this scenario is possible but give ICONOMI time to be true.
After i look at my ICO investments ICONOMI is one of best.

Even XRP and LTC pumped generously . This last day is very disappointing for ICN ; not to mention very poor volume for months ! i clearly got trapped with this one.
We may get added to polo after the platform launch. Volume would significantly increase after that.

if you had sold at least your initial ico investment back say at 45-51k range (i did most of my initial) then you're free and clear now to let it ride, so fuck whatever ups/downs it makes from damn whales lol. just sit and wait for moon which IS coming. 
I told some friends to invest and they did. Wrong decision from me as they are asking me for price update and why the price droppings. Don't know what to say!
Tell them fundamentals are good, wait a month or two and they will be happy. Short term speculative price movements are irrelevant.
