I would have suggested some very good ICO for you, but i would like that you also do your own research before investing into any ICO. One thing i always ensure is that, even the bounty campaigns i engage in, i do my own research on them like it should be done when money is invested.

You have to study the ico project in a panel, from the idea and promotion to its developers and their openness, but you will not predict the failure or failure alas.

Most ICOs come into the system with just one purpose, that is to make money. Some might come out with a very good project which may end up being helpful to the society. But all the same, the devs want to make money. Most ICOs are scam these days, but there are genuine ones out there too.

Well these days the increase in scam projects have outweighed the legit ones to the extent that these days it is even difficult to find investors to invest into legit projects. But one way of identifying the few legit ones are by considering the team members behind the project the achievements allocated within the roadmap and also how active the communication team is promoting the project. Currently legit ICOs that i know are Cryptosolartech, Kimera Systems and Organicco. so you can invest in any of these for future benefits.

It depends on your country. Currently, the US and China are banned from ICO, but they do not prohibit cryptocurrency transactions. If your country does not ban ICO, then I suggest that you can participate appropriately because the current ICO is no longer possible. Judging authenticity, most of them are fraudulent through the name of ICO

Topic almost 10 months. The author either has learned to analyze ICO, or lost money and forgot forever about this type of earnings. Grin And for beginners I recommend not to listen to advice, but to learn how to understand and analyze projects Wink

Hi Guys,

Im pretty keen to understand more about ICOs and intend to invest in some.
ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.

See statistics ICO campaigns could bring profit at the very rare times. But that profit would be immense. So risks are really high and possible rewards are high too. So look for what is more suitable for you.
of course when we choose an ICO project is not easy because we never know the future will end like what, but at least we can still minimize the possibility of a scam on a project by looking at whitepaper and also a team that has experience to make we can trust the project and produce a legit advantage.

First, you need to sure that the admin is trusted. Second, visit their website if there is no malicious things on that. Third, visit their social media like twitter if they have many followers. Last, the money that's allocated on their campaign. That's only my opinion.
80% ICO is a scam, my suggestion you should really analyze the ico project,
by looking at whitepaper and who is behind the ico is also very important

ICO is not legal in many countries. I think this is because ICO is not supervised. However, ICO cannot deny that there are many real projects, so we cannot say that ICO is a scam. If you want to invest in ICO. Then you must seriously study the projects you want to invest in, their team, concepts, core values, and feasibility.

Not all are scams?

Read here, I copied it from http://fintelegram.com/fintelegram-project-shit-coins-and-ico-experts-liabilities:
Quote
On Dead Coins, for example, 821 Tokens or Coins are listed as a sort of defunct. Of these 121 tokens are rated as a scam and 633 are already qualified as deceased. On Coinopsy 245 tokens and coins are listed as dead. According to a March 2018 study by Satis Group, fewer than 4% of ICO’s raising from US$50 million to US$100 million were successful. Most ICOs were raising money without having an experienced development team or an actual product, just white papers studded with pixie dust – and ICO experts as advisors, of course.

Less than 4% were successes!!!

Not every ASIO can of course be successful and with serious intentions to collect all the fees. But these are external problems. And then what happens to those cases when they specifically throw people that I saw rarely then precisely fraud.

Grin Grin Grin just going through some threads. Yes . There are good ICOs. Only that scam ICOs are 80%  of all ICOs in the market. Some ICOs still get to be sold out while some don't even meet softcap in months. Due diligence is advised.
