I think this will end in time. In 2014 altcoins raised, everybody made a copy coin. In 2017 ICO thing detonate and everybody start a crowdfunding. In fact in 2018 half year the number of ICOs reached the last year numbers and they raised 3 times more funds than in 2017.
( over $20 billion ) . And this statistics is from June , and another half year to go.
