ICO in 2018, in my opinion, almost a lot of ICOs are scam or don't even reach softcap from their token sellers. I don't know why this happened, but there are still some potential ico this year. We must try to analyze which ico is the best. that's my opinion.

I think that in 2018 will be 2-3 times fewer different ICOs then in 2017. It is related to increased level of investor’s knowledge and outflow of scammers from the market. Thats why I believe in at least 60-70% of ICOs in 2018 will be successful projects.

I think that in 2019 ICO will not decrease, but they will not collect such soft caps. Based on experience, the token can be bought at the exchange cheaper than at ICO and 2019 there will be no exception, but rather the reverse.

ICOs are still launched every day (there are at least 5-10 new bounties upcoming each day).
Most of them have at least a 20-page white paper and detailed info about the team and founders, but still that's not enough to figure out whether a project is scam.
