I would recomend your friend to use Web App but he must turn on "Desktop Site" option in browser, Firefox or Chrome are working fine. Some users had problem with Brave browser.
When "Desktop Site" option is turned on, you can pinch and zoom so you see all buttons and you can pass validation. Visibility of flips in short session is great. Take a look at video showing how short session looks. Buttons are smaller, but I don't think it's to much problem to click on them.

Don't we need a validation demonstration that is exactly the same as the original one? I don't mean the validation mechanism, but the entire validation UI when practicing validation for beginners, starting from the button size and also the timer.

The next validation I will try to invite some friends who use smartphones. I hope luck is on my side.

I last year had wanted to mine idena. It's an interesting project for me. Where "Idena is the first proof-of-person blockchain based on democratic principles. Every node is linked to a cryptoidentity – one single person with equal voting power and mining income."

That's not the IDNA price, $ 48 is the price a few months after today. You can check the current price here: Coinmarketcap

I intend to invite my friend to participate in the validation at the next epoch, but my friend does not have a laptop to do IDENA Validation like I do usually. Waiting for the developer to release the "Web client for mobile" feature seems to be taking a while. Although now we can use Google Chrome on Android, the display is very unfriendly for smartphone users with a 5.5 inch screen, it is even difficult to display the entire web page, including some buttons.

Are you here who have used the myIdena application on Android for validation via a Shared Node?

Thanks for the information, I've tried deleting the IPFS folder on drive C and this sync block has been completed successfully. how much idena do you make per day while mining? I can't find it on idena.site

Every day 25,920 IDNA will be distributed to all online nodes that activate mining. Computer specifications do not affect how much IDNA mining results, all nodes will get the same quota.
For example, if there are 6000 active nodes mining, the mining income for each node is 25920/6000 = 4.3 IDNA
The more nodes that are online and activate mining, the less prizes you will get in IDNA units

Total supply is not limited.

Total minting is capped at 51,840 coins per day. Half of the cap (50%) is mined while producing the blocks. The rest of the coins are minted during validation sessions.

Block reward: 6 iDNA
Maximum number of blocks per day: 4,320
Mining cap per day: 25,920 iDNA (50%)
Accumulating fund per day: 25,920 iDNA (50%)
Total cap: 51,840 iDNA

There is info about mining reward per epoch. So per day would be, that amount divided by epoch days.

$13.5 / 19 days = $0.71

why always synchronizing blocks mining idena by RDP ? it's never happen like this, can someone give me solution ? after validation at april 17 synchronizing blocks need long time

When you say RDP, most of the time that means Windows Server OS + Idena Desktop App + Idena node. On a 2GB ram Virtual Private Server.

Windows Server needs minimum 2GB ram just to work without any programs installed.
Idena Desktop App needs 300-500MB
Idena Node needs 1.5-2GB on validation day

It can not work on a 2GB. Minimum is 4GB of RAM.

People who are running nodes on a low hardware are making problems for their self and others, because their node go offline during validation so they fail validation. And other people who were supposed to get their flips, flips don't get loaded.

I have started discussion about this issue, I hope we can somehow improve current situation

I encountered a problem sending Flip images. This is the first time this has happened to me and it's quite disturbing. I tried to use another keyword and use a new image, but that doesn't change this bad situation. How do I solve an error like this?
I want to do IDENA validation today, and I need to send 3 flips

The problem is successfully resolved by using the IDENA Client to submit Flip,

Wolf allready had same issue. Said on the Dekstop App, flips were sent without problem.

Are shared nodes in the marketplace guaranteed to make validation run smoothly?
I think the price is very cheap and of course when considered, I prefer to rent a shared node instead of using my personal VPS.

Well, good validation today.

Wolf allready had same issue. Said on the Dekstop App, flips were sent without problem.

He opened up an issue on github so devs are aware of it for future versions

Then, how do I get my nodekey?
My plan is, after successful validation I want to install a node on a Linux VPS and activate mining status, I'll use idena-manager, of course I need nodekey, right?

You can import your key in settings page of Desktop App, only if you use built-in node. That will get you a private key in nodekey file.
Downside is, it will restart node synchronization that way.

Other, faster way is to decrypt your key using Mahmoud's tool.

But in next epoch. If you are new and want to use for free, you must activate invite it in Web App to get access to free shared node.
Maybe this will change and Candidates will also gain access to free node. We'll see.
I will provide 1 additional free node for candidates. Will post details later on.

Great, I get the Invite Code and input it when logging in using a Web Browser. Then I was immediately redirected to the main page, that means I don't need to rent a Shared node for validation this time.
In the node settings section, it appears that I am using Shared node from https://node.idena.io with an API Key that is quite long and difficult to remember ...

A few minutes ago I opened my Idena account via the web, apparently the marketplace feature for the Shared node has been released. The question is,
- Who can buy and sell API Keys?
- Is there a special policy for Candidate? AFAIK they don't have 1 IDNA for new users

As this is in the middle of the epoch implementation. Not validated are greeted with this screen.
They can activate invitation and get free access to dev shared node.

For Candidates (people who have activated invitation prior to shared node marketplace), situation is like this

But in next epoch. If you are new and want to use for free, you must activate invite it in Web App to get access to free shared node.

Mining pool mechanics is a long-anticipated upgrade we have to do to avoid the concentration of voting power in the network. The node upgrade was released as a part of the hard fork done in March. The desktop app got the upgrade from version 0.22.2. Now we added the list of active pools at the Pools tab in the Idena Blockchain Explorer.

Where is 700 node farm? Arent they gonna show up officially?

As far as i know anyone who has 1 iDNA can rent a node. Maybe in future they will implement limitations.

Hey folks, how about a Lightning Network and Masternode/s: Reforged and United??

I'm using and enjoying Stakenet Lightning Network. It is a second layer solution to enable peer-to-peer off-chain transactions within a blockchain or between and among different blockchains. It requires providers to store their coins in channels to secure liquidity and to route remittances between different nodes. On the other hand, a masternode is a dedicated full node of a blockchain residing on servers around the world, ensuring decentralization and redundancy. In order to run a masternode, a valid collateral output of fifteen thousand (15,000) coins for each masternode is required. Stakenet's masternodes are aimed to be one of the most powerful stations within the crypto industry, earning a passive income depending on the services provided.

Stakenet blockchain has established its masternodes to be lightning network-ready. This hallmark allows the instant and virtually feeless transactions of cryptocurrency among its users, thereby making Stakenet more efficient and effective compared to other cryptocurrencies.  The use of lightning network nodes in verifying transactions is way more powerful and works much better compared to a trading environment.
