if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it
The Exchange where I've created account Huh
is it my mistake Huh
what's you thought about it Huh

and how i make my account safe  Huh

I think it's yours because hackers might got your account details due to your lack of security and privacy. Perhaps you wasn't able to put another security layer for your email account or on something else. To make your account safe, store the rest of your funds in a cold wallet. However if you're using your funds for trading actively, then use 2fa and strong password. Instead of storing your account details online, try to keep it offline like writing it on a paper/notebook or something.

You if you didn't take care of security, exchange — if negligence was on it's end and of course the hacker who let go of his morals.

Some tips : 1) Use 2fa 2) Use strong password (use password manager) 3)Don't have your email's 2fa code linked to your mobile number. 4) If you don't actively trade then put your funds in hardware wallet
Most hacking that has been not been through exchange which we could claim exchanges responsible for as to actually do with negligence of people, and they are quite weak with their security keys, and not only security keys like you said, but fail to make use of stringer security tools available at their disposal.

One thing that usually teach people lesson is experience, I did not get to take all these security issues too serious until someone tried hacking into my hacking, I was just lucky that I was fast enough, otherwise, it would have really been a bitter experience, it was at that point that I started outing all the available security tools like 2fa and the rest into consideration, but we don’t really have to wait for that before we start making use of those important tools.

internet hacking is nothing new anymore so is wallet hacking or bank account hacks, whatever happens to your wallet or your accounts you are the one responsible for it,to avoid this you have to be fully prepared and watch your steps in other not to do any silly mistakes like falling for phishing links or mistakenly expose your private keys

I canmot really blame you or the website, until i investigate where the cause came from because:
1. It could be you allowing hackers in for not setting 2fa or the hacker hacked your phone to get your pwords and 2fa
2. It could be that the website was hacked.
In the second case, it won't be only one account, it is usually a pack of accounts with stolen funds.

In any case. STAY SAFE
Be careful, nothing is safe on the internet. This problem is complex, even though we provide multiple security, such as 2Fa, mobile phone, and email authorization, but if hackers are able to hack our device then it will all be in vain. Avoid phishing websites by marking original websites that we often visit with bookmarks or shortcuts. Avoid storing large amounts of assets in the wallet exchange. The rest, pray to avoid theft.

The recent hack of Binance exchange is a good example of this question.. when the heck happens in just a single user's account, it is the responsibility of that individual because it would be assumed that they didn't take the neccessary steps to secure their accounts but when the hack is concentrated on the whole exchange or a large number of users, the exchange usually shoulders the blame.

Definitely the responsible is you, the only ways to prevent it's happen is enable 2fa and don't store too much assets on exchanges, don't make any mistake on daily use such as click phishing link from email, be careful when browser webpage and never install unknown software on computer.

Your question is not clear if your account was hacked due to your own lapses will thats clearly your fault. If the exchange was hacked and lost all your money will thats obviously the exchange lapses. most of the time unsuspecting account owners are victimized by some simple method like phising or just exposing your private keys to others.thats why keep your password and private keys in safe place.

There are two different scenarios here:
1) You compromised your private data somehow. Someone found out what your password is or hacked your computer or you installed some bad plugin or other software. That's your fault.
2) The exchange or the wallet you use has been hacked. Not your account but the whole system. There was some kind of critical vulnerability in their system. That's their fault. But you'd better not wait for their refund and be prepared for such scenarios. Don't keep your money in such projects, use cold wallets.

Sure, it must be you because you did that at your own risk because you have been warned several times never to keep your keys on an online wallets when you can simply makes us of lots of reliable wallets available in the industry where you can have your own private keys, and these wallets are usually very difficult to hack except you were careless with your detail.

If it was the exchange entirely that was hacked, then you would have held the exchange company responsible and moreover, if it was general exchange hack, then it would not be only your coin that would be stolen, there are many others too that will definitely lost their token too to the hacker.

I guess your money is gone forever, sorry for that, just don’t ever keep your money again on an exchange wallet.

When account is hacked, so many factors is considered to determine the reason for the hacked account. It might really be the fault of the exchange, that is if you were careless with the privacy of your account. When an exchange is hacked, I believe it will affect most accounts generally and not just an individual account.

In my opinion, I think that will be your fault. Reason being that, its possible you unknowingly installed a phishing app or you clicked on a link you have no idea about, which you probably thought was relevant. I dont believe by any means that any project will hack you.
You just have to be more careful.

I believe it is your mistake. Every exchange has an option to secure your acc by using  2fa or phone or email and when you fail not to do that and your account is hacked. You should be responsible for that

It depends on the nature of the hack. If you actually clicked a scam link that is not the correct URL of the exchange then it's entirely your mistake. If you left funds on the exchange, taking it to be your personal wallet for long term hold, then it's partly your mistake. If you just sent funds to the exchange for trading and your 2FA security is on, then it's the exchange's fault, their security measures were not enough to curtail the hack.

Depends. First of all, you are solely responsible for your own account. If the site provides you with different securities such as 2FA, email confirmations and pin codes, then it is best to use all these functions to secure your account. If for any reason you didn't set up these security functions, then if your account gets hacked, then it is totally your fault. If the company has a breach and user accounts get hacked, then it is the companies fault. As long as you don't act stupid online, your account will always be safe unless the severs itself gets hijacked.

If it's your account only then you are responsible for it, but if you fully secured your account and have used all the security measured the exchange has provided, then you should request an exchange to create an investigation, it could be an inside job, we never know.

In my opinion, if the hacking is because of our mistakes then it is our own responsibility. Examples of our own mistakes are spreading to others or not keeping our login data safe.
Weak password and phishing website give the hackers a very big chance to penetrate with your accounts, it's not how big or small your assets as long as they've seen opportunities to hacked your accounts it will happened, your responsibilities to do your research and learned how you can protect your account from that particular exchange, never to forget bookmarking the website that you've created your account for much easier access.

i think that's all we have to pay attention to so that our account remains safe.
