if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it
The Exchange where I've created account Huh
is it my mistake Huh
what's you thought about it Huh

and how i make my account safe  Huh

In my opinion, if the hacking is because of our mistakes then it is our own responsibility. Examples of our own mistakes are spreading to others or not keeping our login data safe.

Due to the fact that crypto industry is mainly anonymous, there is no way to find a responsible person (hacker). But a solid exchange will restore all stolen funds, as Binance did or will be silent and go scam as Coinbene does. Pay attention to exchanges, where you are creating a trading account.
but it's not as easy as you say, that if someone wants to get their assets or money back, of course that requires proof that is strong enough so that the developer can believe that it is your wallet address, but if the evidence you carry is incomplete, the probability is very small.

Who is responsible?
I think no one is responsible when your account is hacked. Because this is pure between hackers and you.

Its hard to blame the exchange because they have a good security so I think its your fault not protect your own wallet. You might be register on a phishing site and got you hacked after sending your money. If you doubt with the exchange then try to complain it with the support but for sure, they will just tell you that its your fault and they can’t do anything about it.

If your password was too easy to guess or you stored your private key in an unsafe location which led to a hacker stealing your fund than you alone are responsible for that but If an exchange is hacked which let funds getting stolen from their wallet then it's exchange's fault.

Always enable 2FA security they help increase the security of your account by a lot, also don't use a same password for all the websites.

It depends on the actual case. There are many possible reasons why a wallet is hacked. For example, it could be that the attack is really directed to coinbase, a large-scale one most probably. In which case, they are to blame. But if the hack is on your wallet alone, that means you are to blame. You might have clicked on something, or you might have saved your private keys somewhere unsafe and was compromised.

if you are not doing any act that you think that will give you a big risk by lost or your password getting stolen by others and the exchange site will be responsible to your hacked account but if that was related to the hacked case that caused by you can't secure your password and then you will be responsible with your hacked account.

I think both? Did you enable your 2fa? Because if not then it can be easily hacked or maybe you had visited a phishing site, it's also the hackers fault because they are greedy on stealing people's hard earn funds.

It depends, if there was a massive hack and thousands of users lost their funds then the exchange is responsible and if the owners of the exchange are honest they will refund their customers and will do their best to improve their security.

However if you were the only one hacked then it is likely it was your fault and the exchange will hold you responsible for your losses.

Now about how to make your account safer, the best way is to enable two factor authentication and to only login in your account with a computer you know is safe and free from viruses.

-When you lost and mistake by your self, like easy password, isn't use 2fa and pc has been virused.
-When exchange hacked by hacker, all fund, you don't loss anything for that.
-Exchange made for exchanging your cyrpto not for wallet. So far, save your crypto with own wallet when you have access private key.

Your coinbase account is hacked? So far I think that coinbase has a high-security system that will be difficult to be hacked. However, hackers will always have smart ways to make it open. And so sorry for this bad condition. We can blame anyone, but of course, being more careful after using an account in certain exchange is a must. Moreover, we have assets on it

We the users are responsible for our account. Hacks happen same as that an accident that happens when we're on the road on the right track. We can't blame anyone, we're supposed to move forward getting the funds recovered. Most of the exchanges will be having good security, beyond that if some hack takes place its the fate. Exchanges will never intend to ruin its reputation for which mostly they distribute fund from reserve. One such took place with Binance in recent days.

You created this account and you are responsible for the security of your account unless the general hack happens on the exchange. It is not safe to use commonly known passwords on the financial sites and your account is the only affected due to your careless behaviour on the crypto exchange.

If you account is hacked through phish sites then it's your fault. If the wallet is hacked through a rogue in the company that designed the wallet then it can't be your fault. A friend lost huge xlm through that means and it was never recovered

Keep funds on a cold wallet, do not trust anyone, it is almost impossible to return the stolen coins.

You and only you are responsible for getting hacked on exchanges.
If the whole exchange got hacked then it's the fault of the exchange and its team are responsible. But in your case, it's you.

How you can secure your wallet?
Use a highly secure password combination of alphanumeric without taking words from the dictionary. Make sure you added 2-fa security. Watch out for phishing website and malware. That's how you can secure your account.

if only your account has been hacked, then I think only you are responsible for not taking care of it properly, but if the one being hacked is the market then the one responsible is the team and that also depends on which exchange you choose, if you choose binance then all Your money will be returned, but if only a small exchange, then you have to give it up

Well I think most exchangers have term of use of their wallet both web based and desktop wallet. In the case where account got hacked due to attack on the platform. The coinbase might be blame. However, if you account got hacked as a result of you not keeping your account information save then you are responsible for the loss. There are many thread here on btt that already discussed some ways to keep your account save from hackers I believe you already know what and what should be done to protect your account

It will depend on what problems caused your account to be hacked. If it is because of your omission, of course you must be responsible. But if the case is due to the negligence of the exchange site, then they should be fully responsible for the losses suffered by the user.

and how i make my account safe  Huh

Set 2FA security on your account, keep your account information in a safe place and never share it with others. It would be even better if the device you use is only specific to the purposes of storing important information and is not used for other purposes.
