never imagined if bitcoin die. I do not know, may be very many people were disappointed because of it. maybe people will turn to altcoin, or stop looking for coins on the internet. Well, have a lot of BTC and suddenly it disappeared. I can not imagine it happening
Do not imagine what you cannot Cheesy Bitcoin wont die anytime soon and i doubt it will die at all with the way it is performing .We have gambling sites and trading platforms flowing smoothly only because of the presence of bitcoin and we have a multi million business running because of bitcoin and so it wont disappear just like that.

Software cannot die, software can be fixed. End of story.

Now this being said, if nobody will care of Bitcoin, the chance other cryptos would have a better fate is slim - they should be so much different from Bitcoin and they are not.

So yeah, the only choice is to build a museum-like network Smiley

Well, if such scenario happen, world will not stop, of course Smiley
I'm sure that we all will move to other crypto currencies.
I really don't think that something like this can happen right now.
Bitcoin is still leader and much stronger than competition.
If, in 5-10 years, Bitcoin becomes outdated and other crypto currencies becomes more popular, people will naturally turn to this other crypto currencies and forget Bitcoin.

I don't think very many of the general population would miss it except for the geeks and nerds of the internet who have the most invested into it and thus the most to lose. Undecided

It would certainly make many of them poor especially those who have being investing heavily in this coins. There are many who run their exchanges and heavily depended upon their source of income. It would be setback for many as even for remittance transfer takes place using btc as quickstep and cheapest mode of payment.
Well, I don't think that they would get poor after Bitcoin die. Bitcoin dying will be the long process which can easily be cealize by experts and speculators and they would warn people before it finish. They may convert Bitcoin into some other cryptos such as zcash, Etherium, Lisk, etc.
if bitcoin really dead then all altcoin that there will die too. bitcoin is a pioneer for digital currency. so that, when the dead bitcoin digital currency will not be useful. This is a law of any financial system in the world.

Yes, alt coins will die too if bitcoin dies. because all alt coins are depending to the value of bitcoin.

And all alt coins came from the same idea of bitcoin but still bitcoin is unique from them.

crying all day long, throwing computer in the pool, and eating 100 bananas will not solve the problem. it is useless.

so if it would happen, it will be better to move onto another coins. there are a lot
of altcoins. we can use to earn money either. just like bitcoin.
Anyways, bitcoin will not die tomorrow since there are many users now who are using bitcoin as their daily income, so it would be impossible
to happen then. I guess only bitcoin haters will say that.

Well there is possibilities that it would die but it is very small chance well you are right we know that there are a lot of users now of bitcoin and also lot of people investing more in bitcoin thats why the bitcoin community is getting bigger annd richer!. So bitcoin wont die easily but if bitcoin die (lets hope not) it  is very difficult to put it down or it hits by a very huge phenomenon.

I would be disappointed for sure, but not so much, cause of to not regret too much in the case bitcoin died in cash out my earnings once a month and spend it for my daily costs. I think it wise. But of course I lose som money cause of bitcoins price growing.

Me either, that will make me disappointed because as I believe that in the long run bitcoin will increase it's price. But we don't have to be upset because this is just possible if the government will implement worldwide banning for bitcoin and as now we don't have to think about this for bitcoin now is getting tougher.

The bitcoin network will only die if nobody uses it. And even when that happens somebody can always come back and start using the bitcoin network again. So I am not really sure if bitcoin can die at all.

If you're talking about bitcoin losing value overnight, then I don't think it's likely, but i would be very disappointed.

I think that is just not wise to cash out your bitcoins every month without care about it's price and possible grow. I would read the forum and in the case if I would have proofs that bitcoin going to grow I would wait and cash out my coins in that day when the price is the highest.

Isnt that easy bitcoin dies and another crypto will replace it, we are talking about bilions invested at bitcoin, and bilions isnt something that will make anyone able to forget, if bitcoin fail it can take crypto world with it, the problems around the death of bitcoin might be the reason to crypto end or a replace happens. Even knowing there is good altcoins already, all are traded against bitcoin, soo taking it out will cause a big mess over exchanges as well into crypto world.
