I thought it was not luck, but pure strategy and experience. because he was a trader. capital is big enough, because to get great results, it certainly requires large capital. but I think he started with a small capital, not directly buy many bitcoin to do all that.

No way we can buy a house in a short period of time, that would only be possible if you are rich already and you are making money with the price fluctuation of bitcoin but if you only have a little investment yet a decent amount you need to see a good price that would grow substantially in order for you to cash out your profit and buy a house.

I also have one friend who bought house from bitcoin, but he start a business by working in bitcoin. He do trading and make some money and then invest that money in a business and wait for a long time to collect money and bought a house. Yup you shouldnt depend on your bitcoin we can't say that the price of the bitcoin always goes up and we dont know if the bitcoin will keep falling but if you have enough money to buy a house then go! Buy it all of us wants a house then why you shouldnt buy that if you have a pretty big amoun of bitcoin.

But for me if IF the year now is before 2010 then i do have a lot of bitcoin then I should build a Data center to Mine a bitcoin

Am just wondering at what price was bitcoin at during the time of the sale? It would have been sad if the seller sold when the price was still at around $700 levels and the price suddenly went down to mid $600 and even as low at $500. That is already a big dip if you ask me.

As an investor, we have to divide our investment between the short term and the long term investment, that is how to manage it but the percentage should be base on the investors preference itself, the price has a big chance to rise in the future so the future investment will take care of that.

It would be good to save on rent so i guess i will buy a house when bitcoin hits moon. I really just dont want a mortgage if possible but i might just have an irrational mortgage phobia, to cash buy a house for most of networth could be bad, i dunno, never really understood mortgages and housing.

Yes, i think it's a good idea to buy/invest on a house when the price of bitcoin very high and you sell it all. Because the bitcoin's price is not stable and it's better to sell them all when the price is huge.
