If it is illegal in my country i wont gamble on disobeying it. It is hard to be confined and fined with illegal stuff you done. It will blemish your perfect record and and you will be marked as illegal gamblel LOL. So I will suggest. Follow the law and you will be fine.
It depends. I gamble virtually all the time on gaming sites (that you don't get real money/bitcoins for), would that count as illegal with such a law? Or only if you can profit/lose actual money for it? If all gambling (even in games) was illegal, then yes, I would break the law. If gambling with real finances was illegal, then I would probably not gamble. This is not because I respect the law (obviously, by the statement above), but because it's a good way to get scammed because of how much 'black-market' gambling there would be if it was made illegal. I mean, if it was illegal, you couldn't report the scammer, since you'd get in trouble too.

Gambling is illegal to my country but I still gamble. So the answer is obviously yes, I can just hide my IP and I am good to go, with bitcoins nothing is impossible even the illegal.

You don't have to. But if you still want to gamble. Then use some programs to bypass the security. Like VPN's or other programs that can be use to change your IP address. If I were you, I would probably obey the rules of my country. If you love your country, then follow the rules and regulations because its your own job to obey the rules in your own country.

If somebody is capable of learning about bitcoins and other stuffs on the Internet, then I'm sure he'll stumble upon a topic about VPN and learn about it as well. VPN are used by most people to access the Internet anonymously so all of those people that are gambling online in a country where gambling is illegal are using VPN.

in fact it is also illegal in our country. but still we do it on local bases and online too. very honestly i will like to say that i am addict of gambling and i cannot quit it. although i am doing it in a limit and considering it as a fun. but still i cannot stop it any more. I wouldn't take care about it if gambling illegal into my country as per my opinion I can get access on any bitcoin related gambling site. It is much easy to play there and I can keep secret my identity from official persons of country I have no problem to do gamble into my country.

You do not need a VPN, they can not forbid this URL its almost impossible because there are so many websites its just not realistic to do this.
I think if a country has this they are mostly not very strict on it( in most country's).

I think you are true there will than be a way to do it a sort of safe again, I really think this is easily done and that it can never be made illegal.
