I think if satoshi revealed himself the bitcoin will still be the same because maybe the government wouldn't bother that satoshi the one who created bitcoin and why would the government will put satoshi in jail ? if he didn't do anything wrong. Am i right ?
If he reveals himself? I think satoshi would not do that act because he started this all and he can be put into jail with that or pay tax for what he done, but no one knows what the government will act in that situation. But for me satoshi will not do that act.
Put on jail for starting a revolution that saved thousands of people from fiat slavery? I hardly think so. Just think of the altcoin developers. A lot of them have their faces uploaded online. They even post selfies of the conference/seminar regarding the cryptocurrency that they are making. Those people and Satoshi did the same thing. It's only that Satoshi did it first. But if such action is illegal, all altcoin team would never show their faces. They would never conduct any meetups to fully explain the project.

Regarding paying taxes, the government is always in the picture even if you think they are not (whether you like or not). If he starts selling his bitcoins, he will book profits and the tax agency of the country where he is found to reside may start asking questions. It is one thing when you go for tax evasion in the amount of a few hundred dollars and a completely different one when the question is about a few million dollars

I'm surprised that there are still folks in post-Snowden era who are astonished at the very thought that a powerful enough government could simply put someone in jail if they ever wanted to. As Snowden himself said, he expected to be assassinated by the CIA if he had not been granted an asylum in a country where CIA is just an irrelevant abbreviation. I think he certainly knows what he is talking about. We don't know what happened to Satoshi, maybe, he just turned up in the wrong place at the wrong time and voila! Gone with the wind and never seen again

I am really not sure on the impact of bitcoin price if Satoshi revels himself in the public. But I’m sure he will immediately become the most wanted person and enforcements agencies will try to put him in jail. Because Satoshi has violated one big rule and allowed normal people to have financial freedom which no government will alllow their citizens to have.

For sure, many people would hunt Satoshi Nakamoto just for profits, it is kind of obvious that the quantity of BTC owned by Satoshi is incredibly huge. Im pretty sure that also, many politics and law enforcement representatives would want him in their control.
You should bear in mind that Satoshi Nakamoto has to be very smart person, with good programmer skills.
He made his cryptocurrency (BTC obviously) anonymous, im sure that he knows how many people would like to get him in his own hands.
I think he will cause a big influence to the Bitcoin world in particular and to the cryptocurrency in general. More people will start using bitcoin after his appearance and I do believe that the prices will increase about 1.5 times. Trust me. but I never think he will show up

If satoshi reveals himself, it will be great for bitcoin because it will show some transparency for bitcoin which is a plus points for the potential big investors for bitcoin because they will get comfortable that bitcoin is a legit and trusted investment since they will know the person behind it and they will just go all in with their money.
if satoshi reveal himself then there will be no impact in the bitcoin community but many countries and people will try to get hands on him and treat him as a hostile.they will torture him to get the result and what the base technology behind the invention of bitcoins.

He would be much more underwhelming than what anyone believes. Meeting your idol is always underwhelming and it often shows that someone is flawed. IMO I hope satoshi is dead or never reveals himself. Lets keep the myth of the man in the way we all want him to be.
If satoshi reveals himself, it would be a big news for bitcoin community though and i'm sure many online news will make an article about that and when people read that it will attract more people to use bitcoin. For the bitcoin itself, i think it will affect the price of bitcoin.
Satoshi is NSA or at worse a group of people. The deep multi discipline knowledge to create bitcoin doesn't come in one package very often if ever.

Yeah. The minute that Satoshi reveals himself to the public, everyone in the Bitcoin world would follow him, and possibly do whatever he says. It will bring unanimity once more to the Bitcoin community and put an end to the scalability issue.
Perhaps, Nakamoto would devise new ways for Bitcoin to scale at a better rate than any of the proposed solutions, or maybe he would go towards supporting Bitcoin Core, as it is not very flawed unlike Bitcoin Unlimited which had some bugs that took nearly half of its nodes.
Overall, the Bitcoin world would be a better place with the help of Satoshi, just like in its early days. I'm confident that Bitcoin's issues will be solved, and make it great again towards reaching mainstream status. Just my opinion.

This will be an advanced course that is extraordinary news. people will know who the creator of bitcoin. I think if satoshi is a trusted person bitcoin then the price will increase. while when satoshi is a person who has a bad image, then the price will decline. there will be negative and the positive impact that can not be avoided.
As at today, nobody cares who Satoshi is to the best of my knowledge and we dont even know if he already among us by changing his username so his personal character wont change anything because only few people can know whether he is a good individual or a bad one. Your analysis is wrong. 100% wrong. Most of the government knows who Satoshi is. Satoshi has not violated the legal rule of any Nation-State government. No government is after Satoshi Nakamoto. there are some people argue if no satoshi certainly no bitcoin, and of course satoshi have a role in the discovery of bitcoin, but it seems a fact witness is not conducive to a statement about the discovery by Satoshi bitcoin.
