For me if we loss in gambling the best thing to do is to control ourselves cause without self-control we loss more and more so once we loss a big amount then we should take a control and focus on our goal which is to minimize our bet, when we don't have control we bet spontaneously and there's a big chance that we get addicted and once it will happened then a lot of consequences we need to face.

This is the most rational strategy. But I adhere to an even more radical one - I take a “vacation” from betting not even when I lose, but simply when I notice that betting takes up too much of my thoughts and distracts me from my other life. I love betting and sometimes I am very lucky (I have made significant withdrawals of money) but I understand that betting will not change my life as much as I can do it myself.
Vacation or making yourself get involved with some sports. It doesnt really need for you to be that doing other things which involves money on which you could really just simply deal up with other activities as long it would really be diverting out your interest or attention with gambling.Losing is part of gambling and if you arent that prepared on losing then gambling isnt just for you. This is why it would really be that always important that you should really be that mindful on whatever actions that you are making and not really just making yourself that get addicted.
If we lose in gambling then better to have some break and if have lost significant amount then taking up some break wont really be that hurting or a bad idea.
~

You probably missed my main point - I take a vacation from gambling even without a loss or any negative events. In order for me to take a break, it is enough to feel that gambling distracts me from other things or simply drains me emotionally. I love adrenaline and entertainment but within certain limits. I understand that my system is not suitable for those who are already addicted, which means they need to look for more difficult ways to give up their habit.

Gambling is a place to spend money, although many gamblers consider casinos to be a place to earn money. But in reality, more gamblers lose their money at casinos or gambling sites. So I think all of us here probably have almost the same experience, namely losing a lot of money gambling

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?
First, before you gamble you need to know how much you're willing to bet and to lose.

Yes, at first you're already expecting to lose it because that's more of the chance in gambling than winning. And if you lose and ran out of luck, what you gotta do is to leave if that works better for you.

Many things can work for us when we're losing so, if you're not comfortable to continue because that's consuming you a lot of money then you know what's best for you.

It's very clear what you're saying, I understand they may not accept the losses they experience whether big or even small, but I think this is natural and this is real gambling, if something happens or means a large number of losses then I will not blame anyone except yourself who are too chasing something uncertain there. Before they come they should already understand that this is the risk of gambling, they should be able to be responsible gamblers, in the sense that they can accept all the conditions that you will experience there. Of course everything that is done excessively then surely the end result will usually not be in accordance with expectations, although not always like that but usually that is always the case.

So be wiser in gambling, don't put too high expectations there because obviously all the opportunities that are there are just temptations so that you continue to play and there is also absolutely no guarantee to be able to win, but to lose I'm sure it will definitely continue to dominate. Basically everything in gambling is just your speculation that is too much and too hopeful. So therefore gamble naturally, do not pursue anything and you can come just for fun, even if you are lucky, the victory will come by itself.
They obviously cannot accept losses, whether they are big or small, so they will probably continue gambling until they finally win. But they don't check how much money they have used to gamble because if they checked, they might be surprised to see that they have used a lot of money to win. After all, it wasn't a big win because if they calculated it carefully, they would see they were still experiencing losses from gambling. Indeed, that is a risk in gambling, so they have to really be aware of it and make it a lesson not to gamble with a lot of money if they can't bear to see that the losses could be big.

Yes, I agree with you about being wise in gambling because getting a win is not very easy, especially since we have to use a lot of money to win big unless we can get lucky, which can give us a big win. Clearly, our chances of gambling are not big, but because the gamblers feel confident that they can win big, this makes them continue gambling without control.

~snip~
It's high time people admit that gambling is not child's play and those who are in it have to know that no one can beat the house. For this, it's not what we can do in a hurry or when we are under pressure, it's such that we should do when we are out of emotion and with our absolute senses so that it will give the right room for calculation, coordinated thinking and plan, not what we do under loss and stress. This is especially true if the person is gambling in a casino and not a sportsbook, the risk is high and I could say that there is a 99.9999...% chance that such will lose regrettably. So what's the point, why waste money senselessly? Gamblers should calm down in this situation and leave the battle for another day when they are well settled.
If those gamblers had thought they would not be able to beat the house and finally decided to gamble for fun, they would not have suffered such huge losses. They can enjoy the moment of gambling to get that pleasure and stop when they have had enough gambling. But if they still want to gamble, they can do it, but it must be within limits so that they don't experience big losses, especially if they lose self-control while gambling, which will influence them to increase their bets so they can win a lot. But unfortunately, that doesn't happen easily either.

~snip~
When gambler understands and can think like that the step he will take is to stop either for moment or for longer time up to a few days and then come back again.
However it seems that only few gamblers will be able to understand the concept of gambling responsibly and can really maintain or limit the finances they have when gambling.

If close person or friend experiences loss the first advice I would give is to tell him to stop and also withdraw all the remaining balance he has so that he doesn't return in the near future because I know that when  gambler experiences loss his only thought will be to return it defeat.
But for those who like to do as they please without caring about the risks and impacts of chasing losses I would say to deposit a larger amount again and place bet with higher bet so that they can lose everything and regret it and then be able to think clearly.
Advising them to stop immediately is something that can help them to really stop gambling so that they will experience bigger losses later. Unfortunately, only a few gamblers realize it is a mistake if they continue gambling while still carrying their losses. They should be able to consider taking a break from gambling, especially to calm their rising emotions. By stopping gambling, at least they can save the rest of their money so that it doesn't really run out because of gambling. But it will also depend on their attitude because it will all be their decision to continue gambling or immediately stop gambling. We can only advise them not to really cross their limits.

I agree with your opinion, if you win it is good luck for yourself, whereas if you lose it is better to just stop, there is no need to chase a loss that we don't necessarily know the outcome of later, it could be by gambling continuously just to chase defeat, which we accept that we are far from winning and we experience many losses. And then he will feel regret because he was too optimistic in playing gambling uncontrollably.
Recovering from losses or chasing more wins will only give us bigger problems because it is likely that we will lose more money, especially as this has happened to many gamblers, so we must be able to prevent it from happening to us. And we will regret being too optimistic even though no one knows the outcome of gambling. Even though we try hard, if we don't have luck, we still can't win and will only cause more losses. So we have to understand the position and situation we are facing to prevent it from happening to us.

Most people tend to believe that they can recover their losses with subsequent wins, but the reality is quite the opposite. The more they bet, the more they end up losing. I understand that it's challenging to control oneself in such situations. The thoughts of losses keep nagging at us, tempting us to rush in and recover immediately. As a result, we often end up losing everything. So, what I typically do when facing losses is to shut down the computer, exit gambling websites, and step away. Going somewhere or engaging in sports is a better way to take your mind off them. After a break, I find that my emotions improve, and my thinking becomes clearer, helping me avoid unnecessary losses.
Winning is on every gambler's mind but losing spoils everything because some gamblers will totally exits the space while the stubborn and ones filled with hope would want to wager more on games, knowing fully well the consequences that follows. Losing is general and normal thing that exists in the space, we tend to place wagers on games knowing fully well that it's a 50/50 chances of winning and losing. There's this activity I usually engaged in when I've record heavy losses, which is visiting tourist centers to feed my eyes for the purpose to clear my mind, I would never thought of revenging my lost funds because that's a suicide mission, we would see ourselves back to square one, that's exactly what I'm avoiding.

Losing is tough, really tough, but you’ve got a strategy, and that’s smart! Traveling to tourist destinations and decluttering your mind is a powerful, powerful step. However, let's discuss that 50/50 probability as there is always a danger in gambling; always a significant risk.

You make a really solid point when you say that you shouldn't try to get back at people for money you lost. It's a suicide mission; you are entirely correct. The fact is, though, that gambling should always be enjoyable. When it ceases to be enjoyable, there is a serious issue. Thus, your approach of standing back and visiting tourist attractions is not only wise; it is really necessary. It's all about striking that balance and having fun with the game without falling into a risky loop. Thus, never give up, remain astute, and never forget that this is all just a game.

I would look up the definition of insanity if I were someone who's continually losing money gambling all the time.  But honestly if you're asking yourself this question, you probably shouldn't be gambling.  I would learn more about gambling, what it is, how it works etc before asking something like this.  People who ask these types of question tend to be the ones that end up with major gambling addictions (OP I'm not say this is you for sure or not, just if it is..)

If you are schedule your time for the gambling, then you can use the same time in the offline game like cricket.Because the loss will give the gambler the bad emotion which enable the loss again. So taking the break after the loss was highly recommended by the experienced trader on the less experienced gambler. Most of the gambler will choose the vacation compared to the alternative game for the same time.Once you completely change the time to other outing activity,So the mind of the gambler was totally get away from the stress and emotion. You can go for the long vacation like one or two months to manage the mindset.

IMO when you face significant losses from gambling, it's essential to take a step back and assess the situation. Because continuing to gamble in an attempt to recover your losses can lead to even more serious financial troubles, especially if you try to chase your losses by increasing your stakes. Setting strict limits on how much you can spend, and sticking to them is a golden rule when you gamble. You should avoid to chase your losses as much as you can and never wager more than you can afford to lose at least.

that's the usual dilemma of most gamblers, once they are losing, the drive to recover such losses is also getting higher. hence, most are subjected to more losses in the course of action.
but if you happen to still have clear mind, better evaluate your financial situation before you go deep in this habit.

It's also a place to earn money as well as long as you will able to win the game. That's it. Losing money is also a part of process in winning the game. If there would be lose and there is also winning as well.

Other gambling gamblers have no other source of income, but somehow they win. And if there is no win, there is no profit. The only problem is that even though we know that the number of losers is greater, we still continue to gamble. Why is it?

Because there are still gamblers who hope that one day they will get lucky and get the jackpot. But there are still only a few who win, because there are still other gamblers who have a tendency to stop playing or betting when they win.
If they win, that's good for them. But if they lose, they should not consider recovering their losses because that will require more money. And it's best if they lose. They can rest first. Perhaps they need a few days to rest and be able to return to the casino again. But they shouldn't return to the casino, especially if they do not see any opportunity to make money from the casino. They will only experience more losses so that all their money will be gone.

For me, I will say that the only reason why those set of gamblers keep on gambling after several losses is simply because they has no other source of income, and as such don't mind keeping on gambling with the mindset they will be lucky someday and win the jackpot, which in most case such scenarios only always end in imagination, and not reality.  While secondly, addiction can also be the reason why a gambler may keep on gambling despite several losses, as any normal human being is ought to have taken a break off.

This is not true for me. It’s easier to find a job or start a business to get new source of income than gambling because what you will use to gamble if you already wasted your money on gambling that you are using as other source of income?

The reason why people keeps coming back on gambling is because of the entertainment of playing games and possibility to win big but for seeking on a source of income since gambling is not and investment nor a job to threat winnings as an income.

Nothing lasts forever

Or do you have other suggestions?

It depends on how much one has lost. If one has lost beyond his capability then a straight answer would be to stop gambling right away until he covers his losses.
Covering losses should be done by earning more through side hustles and day jobs and not through gambling.
Trying to cover losses through gambling would end up losing even more. If the gambler has lost but within his budget then he can take a short break and then continue gambling.
We all say this, which actually the truth but the facts still stand that this option is really hard to fulfill even for the  so called experienced gamblers. Many gambling would even start up by winning lots of cash until greed set in and at then every perceives a new target. This habit is actually the one that causes that habit of loses that gets the gambler stuck in trying to recover all the winning that they previously enquired.
But some people claim that gambling is fun to them and I assure that this set of people are the one that budget money for the gambling from their earning. Almost all the gambler do it because of money, they do want to work and earn they prefer gambling so they can earn money in time. What I think normally some gambler always believe that they can never loss that why if they loss they keep on trying and that is how they will loss all their money. Most of this gambler are really hustler but since they are addicted to it they find it difficult to quit it.

I won't lie but even I am one of those who gamble for fun. You have already explained that such gamblers have a tight budget for gambling.
Even I deposit only a small portion from my earnings and keep playing from rewards until the balance is exhausted.
I play small bets so that the balance lasts longer. Then the cycle is repeated after a short break.
