I see gambling as a fun entertainment where I can earn money if lucky. It's not a job or a thing where your money is guaranteed. You always have it at the back of your mind that you can lose your money while gambling.
So always have a certain and reasonable amount of money you want to gamble with every time you gamble, if you've blown off all that money it's best to just stop for the day. Take a break.
Trying to recoup losses will only lead to more losses.

I have never thought of stopping gambling altogether but sometimes when I have lost too much I just decide to take a break for that day.
Everyone that gambles wants to win but it is better to have at the back of your mind that winning is not certain. It is even better to have the mentality that your chances of winning are slimmer. This is the main reason why we should always stake money that we can afford to lose. Many people make the mistake of chasing losses if they fail to win. This is one of the easiest means of losing more. Chasing losses can lead to loss of attention which will increase the tendency of making wrong bets. It is better to have a daily, weekly and monthly gambling budget. Immediately you reach your maximum, the next step will be to go home and relax. If you feel your losses are getting out of hand, take a break and come back better and strong.

Gambling is a place to spend money, although many gamblers consider casinos to be a place to earn money. But in reality, more gamblers lose their money at casinos or gambling sites. So I think all of us here probably have almost the same experience, namely losing a lot of money gambling

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?

It depends on how much one has lost. If one has lost beyond his capability then a straight answer would be to stop gambling right away until he covers his losses.
Covering losses should be done by earning more through side hustles and day jobs and not through gambling.
Trying to cover losses through gambling would end up losing even more. If the gambler has lost but within his budget then he can take a short break and then continue gambling.
We all say this, which actually the truth but the facts still stand that this option is really hard to fulfill even for the  so called experienced gamblers. Many gambling would even start up by winning lots of cash until greed set in and at then every perceives a new target. This habit is actually the one that causes that habit of loses that gets the gambler stuck in trying to recover all the winning that they previously enquired.
But some people claim that gambling is fun to them and I assure that this set of people are the one that budget money for the gambling from their earning. Almost all the gambler do it because of money, they do want to work and earn they prefer gambling so they can earn money in time. What I think normally some gambler always believe that they can never loss that why if they loss they keep on trying and that is how they will loss all their money. Most of this gambler are really hustler but since they are addicted to it they find it difficult to quit it.

Already you should be aware that it is a game of profit and lose, or a 50/50 kind of chance,  before you should consider staking and risking your money on gambling. If you have lost a considerable number of time, before quitting try changing your style of betting to check if you are getting it all wrong.

Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses?
Lastly, don't gamble in such a way to recover your past losses, this is where you will get trapped the most, when you lose a game move on and bet with a fresh mindset,  hence you will get screwed trying to recover it and in the end never get to recover it.

When gambling don't chase losses or you'll keep on losing and also get addicted. If you lose you can stop gambling and try some other time. You mightn't have luck that day when you lost but when you try other times you would win. Also try other games as you mightn't have luck on that game that you're betting on.

But trying different games at a time or because you are losing in the other game can become a losing streak for the gambler because there is no more focus and attention given to one type of game. The trust level will reduce if he is losing in both games. It is really better to take out time to decide on what to do when you are losing and not to jump in and out of different games, that will mean desperation, anxiety will increase and that is not good for gambling.

Gambling is a place to dump and waste money. Of course, we often say that gambling is only done for entertainment, so that means it is okay for them to lose, which makes it obvious that they are wasting money at the casino.

That's why we often see people gambling are those who have lots of money and that's why casinos are being made for them, I wonder how much they are wasting every night when they come to casinos. Nevertheless, when they lose their money, it's not going to affect them because they have plenty of those. the only time problems will occur is when they don't have some money to play and they cannot fix themselves not to play anymore because they are already addicted to it this is where the problem starts because after that they might end up lending some money or selling some of their expensive assets just to fund their addictions.

In any advertisement we see the image of a successful person - this is just a marketing move. To understand the principles of gambling is quite enough to read a few articles on the Internet. Influencers advertising gambling make a lot of money on it, because for the most part attract newcomers. Almost any novice gambler losing the first time losing a significant amount will try to win back his loss. Emotions, greed and inability to analyze enriches gambling providers. If a person approaches gambling with intelligence mentally ready to lose as well as to win. Forcing such a person to act wrong is very difficult.

It's nothing new when we're in a casino and we're losing money. We won't lose money in the first place if we're not going to gamble but it's just the same story as the others that we'll lose as we gamble but not all the time that we're going to lose, there could be some wins over all of these losses but if you're going to put a ratio on it, definitely there's an imbalance that you'll have more on the losing side than winning.

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling?
Stop, that's the best option and what you have to do when you lost a lot of money already. The others will think that it should be the time to chase that loss but it's a mistake that many have done already. With that, we all should learn from the mistakes of many. If it hasn't happened to anybody yet then make sure that you don't lose a lot of money before you stop.

Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses?
The tendency of losing more is greater and that's why stopping is the best thing to do.

or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?
You can leave and the a rest for a while because when you stay, you'll also stay and that's going to force you to gamble some more until you won't notice yourself that you're not stopping anytime soon because your focus is on the losses and you got to do something and you have to recover that for your own satisfaction and plans of recovering.

It depends on how you view gambling, if you gamble for money then it will be difficult for you to stop, believe me you will continue to feel anxious about losing that money then in any way you will make another deposit to continue playing so you can return the money you lost previously, that's applies to those who gamble to earn money not entertainment.

Everyone has their own goals and I am one of those people who consider gambling to be just entertainment, so I never chase the losses I experience because I will consider it to pay for the entertainment I get in the game there, even if I win I will consider it a bonus. , enjoy the game calmly every weekend, but to achieve such a process is not easy I need time to control everything. besides, if you lose, it's best to go to bed or go hang out with your family, don't gamble anymore because it will never end well.  Wink
You are correct, there are a lot of people who are addicted to gambling and most of them can't even control their gambling habits for a second, while some that are addicted sometimes try their best to control or even limit themselves from gambling some days.

Although, in the question above on the topic, I do say it depends on how the gambler goes on gambling. If the gambler is a kind of person that views gambling as fun, there is nothing that he can do, but in the case where the gamblers take gambling to be a means of making profit, then he might end up losing more to the previous ones he has lost already.

In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?

First of all, we need to have a limit on how much we can afford to lose so we can avoid "lose too much".
Secondly, if we fail to stay on the limit, we should recognize it and stop gambling to avoid using money that should be used for other things.
Although it is natural that we want to keep playing in order to recover what we have lost before but using money that may affect our daily life should be avoided.
Last but not least, forget what we have lost although it is hard and continue with normal life without gambling.
We may comeback once we have spare money to be spent on gambling.
isnt this a fun dilemma: setting limitations and then casually recommending a return to gambling when "spare" money appears? Doesnt your controlled, disciplined approach teeter on repeated, possibly compulsive behavior? Setting a limit is important, but isn't sticking to it harder? Dont get lost in the shrubbery: acknowledging a failure to stay within limitations and advocating a return to gambling when funds allow invites a cycle of gamble, lose, retreat, and return.

Forgetting losses and moving on is admirable but idealistic, right? Gambling losses leave profound emotional scars that dont fade with time or other life events. Moving forward without addressing the emotional and psychological effects of gambling losses may be like a dormant volcano waiting to erupt.

We need to be just firm with whatever decision we had about our gambling activity.  May it be to quit entirely, to pause for a while or to continues should be decided and be firm about the decision.  Although it maybe difficult to stop especially when it is already a part of out daily routine, nothing is too hard if we are frim enough to do it.

Apart from being firm in making a decision, we must also be able to respect that decision. Because if this is not the case then betraying a decision that you have made yourself is not something that is impossible for you to do and in the end you will destroy all the difficult processes that you have carried out. As men, we should never take back a decision we have made and as wise people, we should never make the same mistake. If the gambling you have been doing can only harm you, then quickly take action to overcome this so you don't fall back into the same hole.

We are fighting against all the impossibilities that other people say is a process to prove that we are truly capable of doing it so that later we will experience it by being able to fully control ourselves. As a result, we will enjoy it and not other people, so we can silence the words of people who say we can't do it. They won't believe we can finally do it so they will salute us. We have to stay focused on living it and not give up before we achieve the main goal we want to achieve. And if we can master it well, we won't have any more problems with the previous one because we can handle it well.

To have a strong determination is certainly not something that is easy for us to achieve, so keep that determination carefully and don't let it be just because of the words of a few people who try to corner you, this makes your determination collapse and your mentality becomes weak. . We will never be able to ignore what other people say to us, so the thing we have to do is close our ears tightly and focus on our main goal.

If you're losing always when gambling, you need to stop and take a break so you don't lose all the money you have because winning can get addictive and losing can also get addictive  because when you lose you'll want to win and keep on playing. Losing is something that'll happen always in gambling therefore we should expect it. Gambling is a place to have fun as an entertainment therefore that's what is important. If you're not having fun when you're gambling then you have to stop.

When gambling don't chase losses or you'll keep on losing and also get addicted. If you lose you can stop gambling and try some other time. You mightn't have luck that day when you lost but when you try other times you would win. Also try other games as you mightn't have luck on that game that you're betting on.

If you are afraid of losing your money in a gambling place, never approach gambling, it's very simple. Gambling offers wins, but losses are very common among gamblers. They try to return to the gambling place with the aim of getting back the money they have spent, but what happens is the opposite, their money actually goes back to the casino.

When you want to make money in a place that offers 20% wins and 80% losses, it is very difficult to get out of that place and take home some money, unless you are lucky. One way to prevent your money from running out in gambling places is to immediately stop gambling and start focusing on places that can make money.
It's unfortunate people find it difficult to follow the simple advice of leaving if it's no longer entertaining and the fun has stop, chasing losses has to be the worse way of approaching gambling as this will cause you to loose much more than you would realize if you eventually gets lucky at any point, firstly gambling just with the sole aim of making money will not really make you profitable in gambling.

The fear of loosing money to gambling will not stop you from still loosing the money if you eventually gamble and happen not to be lucky, although it's not all about luck as you also have some part to calculatively predict and hope it turns out in your favour, making money with gambling happens 2 out of every 20 chances so the most ideal solution is when ever you loose you leave it get a job or if you have one already face it fully and occasionally you can go get entertained gambling if you can afford such entertainment.

Topic: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do?
It depends, every person who is here, the way they gamble is different, there are various styles of each individual involved in gambling, there are people who gamble to win, to make a living, for mere entertainment and many other ways a person bets.

The fact that is often seen in gambling is that winning and losing has become a habit for everyone to gamble, of course it is a pleasure for them, losing is a disappointment for them, for me personally losing, Of course I still bet, but not that day, I will do it the following week, of course I have to concentrate and have a calm spirit when re-betting.

But if I lose in a row of course I have to look for a new casino to start over, so that I don't get so traumatized, maybe in another casino I can do better than the main casino, the point is I keep repeating the bet.

I think we should take out the maximum loan from the bank and try to recoup. If this does not help, you need to borrow money from everyone you can (even from criminals) and try to win back again  Grin

Of course I'm joking. But it seems to me that after we lost big, it’s too late to think about what needs to be done - a much smarter move would be to think about options before we lose big. Those who are more or less smart will protect themselves already at this stage by simply refusing to play for money that is beyond their means.

We all have had the gambling experience but totally different stories to tell.. besides it's not a situation of one shoe fits all, and as far as I know, everyone has their own way of getting luck on their side and don't believe we are all running in losses as the assumption above!!

Besides I think people who are more of sports gambling have better luck than the casino games because risk factor is naturally high here.

Bad days are very normal and if you have one of those days that you lose alot then better try on a different day to see if luck is on your side.

Well if you can afford to lose more money while you enjoy playing and see gambling as a form of entertainment, it is absolutely fine to continue gambling. Otherwise, I would highly suggest of holding your self off from gambling. If you lose, just move on. Continue your life and make a better decisions. Maybe watching others play could also satisfy your desire to gamble, try watching casino streamers.

Gambling is a place to dump and waste money. Of course, we often say that gambling is only done for entertainment, so that means it is okay for them to lose, which makes it obvious that they are wasting money at the casino.

Yes that's the conclusion when you always lose, but here I will add a little to be more detailed, which is "this is a place to seek entertainment and fun but for those who overdo it then as a result they will get a lot of losses that they never expected before, and that's a waste of money as a result of putting hope in the wrong place". On the other hand, when they bring the right mindset to gambling, it means that whatever result they will get will not matter, if they win it means they are lucky and losing it means they are unlucky and I think that is the real gambling, so getting hope is not a good assumption but silly.

Although it is said and initiated by others, it can also be a source of income. When we say source of income, that means you know that sure, we will get some profit here too. Although sometimes we also get a win, it is still less than the total amount of our losses.

There are some assumptions made by some people that you can get income from gambling, I ask, is it true? have you proven it? you say that in a place that is only limited to luck? does not make sense, and what happens is? you still lose, it is a victory not income, income is synonymous with what is called consistent, while you get it only occasionally. That's why there are more defeats than wins. So there is a big difference between winning and earning, so I think they should change their mindset from now on before it's too late.
