If I lose in gambling all I have to do is just to move on, I don’t allow that to affect my gambling habit I mean I don’t use because I lose 300$ today in gambling I will have to use the little 50$ which I have and could have use for other things to gamble again to try luck if I can be able to win my money back, that will be my biggest mistake.

The best thing to do if I lose in gambling is to see it as a lost money and move one with life, until when ever their is another money which can also be risk the same way in gambling and that one should be consider as trying out my luck then next time and not trying to gain back what I have lose before, by doing so I can focus my mind in the game and make the right selection which might at least favor me.
Easier said than done my friend, I can tell you that for sure but although practice makes perfect because it takes time but if you are actually a new time comer in the gambling world but such is different with old gambler because the situation actually feel normal for them to have experience all the loses their have gotten. I don't know about others but in my local Society here there is one viral speech that circle rounds which is "all death is death" which means walking away when gambling is shit for them as they believe is either you win or lose everything which is rather absurb if you ask me but yet people still follow this thought

That's right, I agree with your statement, "easier said than done", that's what always happens. In the beginning they look like they are very firm in applying self-control, and talk like they will not be seduced by any temptation that is there, but what actually happens is? Well not uncommon and maybe almost most of them are just talking without doing it. The temptation in gambling is very difficult to resist, hence many of them seem to betray the initial agreement. Honestly, I would not really consider this normal but maybe they are too weak in self-control so that whatever they prepare at the beginning is just like nonsense.

Especially for gamblers who are still beginners, they will hardly be able to apply any self-control, although initially well as I said they will exercise strong self-control, in the end it might be violated too. Experienced gamblers already know the various conditions that are there, so obviously it's not strange to them. But honestly I don't care whether you're a beginner or an experienced gambler, the point is that if this activity is only adding to your problems because it's too much then it's better to stop now, like you said, it's better before you get too deep into it.

I just wanna ask you something dude, how long have you been gambling here at the crypto casino? Because if you answer that you have been gambling for a long time, why are you asking that question?
He is asking the question may be because he is curious with others' perception.
I prefer to not assume he is a newcomer in gambling, he knows well the nature of gambling. He understand that gambler tend to lose money than win the money. It indicates he enough understand what gambling is.

But it is interesting that OP made an option to leave gambling when we experience losses. It doesn't seem as someone who has sufficient knowledge in gambling.
-snip- or stop and work normally and leave gambling??

Isn't it better that even if you have $1 million worth of money when you enter the casino, it's better to just allocate an amount to gamble, and when it runs out, stop, because that's a sign that you're not lucky, and if you continue, you'll run out only your money for that day? or you will lose everything if you pursue it more.
Even we have $1 million, never think to allocate all the money for gambling. That big amount of money never guarantee for the wins. Instead, bigger money means to lose bigger if we try to chase the wins. We must be always wise, use small money to gamble, specifically for gambling games that rely on the luck only.

Gambling is a place to spend money, although many gamblers consider casinos to be a place to earn money. But in reality, more gamblers lose their money at casinos or gambling sites. So I think all of us here probably have almost the same experience, namely losing a lot of money gambling
It's also a place to earn money as well as long as you will able to win the game. That's it. Losing money is also a part of process in winning the game. If there would be lose and there is also winning as well.

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?
What you need to do to work even harder to get some money. Playing gambling was sometimes helping you to lose or earn a lot of money at once. If you were not lucky enough and you do lose your money and you need to find money by working.
Can you keep gambling if you have lost whole of your money? Please, take care gambling as an entertainment purpose only. It will not make you have a target to win the jackpot.

Just take it easy. Gambling is not an obligation for you. You can stop if you were unable controlling your emotion and that's it.

Touch grass.

When I lose considerably, I lean in more to things that would distract me from the loss rather than put my mind more into the stress of losing so much money in the process. A lot of times I go out of the house and go for a quick jog, or I visit friends and family members to do a quick catch up with them and hang out. Hoping to get back what you lost when you're already in a state where you're not in the best head space is going to incur you more losses, so just do yourself a favor and recuperate and recover, take time to reflect and enjoy the outdoors and don't go looking at your phone or your gambling account's remaining balance cause that's just going to cause you more stress in the process.

Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?

The spirit of gambling is very strong; there are only a few people who always have chances to beat the spirit of gambling. If someone has started gambling, whether they are addicted or not, the hope that they will recover their money is always there. Is it possible that someone has suffered much or not? Even once someone gambles and loses, they will still have hope that if they play more, they may recover their lost funds.

As for me, anything someone is doing that someone is not benefiting from but always leads to loss will be better for them to quit such a thing. So I will advise anyone who has wasted a lot of money on gambling to stop gambling because even if they continue gambling to recover their losses, there is no assurance that they will recover all their losses one day. So the wise idea is for the person to stop gambling and forget about their losses, and I believe that will really help.

Chasing losses is one of the most common behavior that most gamblers do really have in mind on which is to recover their losses and this what make them play even more and would be really that continuing until they would busting them all the balance that they do have. What to do when you do lose in gambling? Better to stop and call it a day. You would really be needing to have those
critical thinking for you to identify on what are the things that you must do because with just using up with your own common sense then you could really be able to act normally on which
you should be stopping on the time that you do experience losses. Gambling losses is common because we do make out bets out of our money and then results or outcomes could neither be a win
or lose and it would really be that entirely be depending on how lucky you are.

You win some and you lose more, and this is the reality of gambling and this is something that you should put up into your mind because we know that gambling is really just for the sake
of fun and entertainment and not something considered to be a source of income on which some people do really have this kind of mindset.

Losing a lot of money in gambling is not healthy anymore. It will definitely affect your mental and emotional health later on. So learn to minimize your bet so you can lessen your losses as well. Again, if you still keep on losing, then probably the problem is in you. You might be too addicted with gambling that you don’t care anymore with your own life but you are too focus on gambling especially on chasing your previous losses. In this case, you badly needed some help from a medical practitioner and from your family and friends. That’s the only way so you can manage your gambling habit until you can say that you’re already good without gambling in your life.
Yes, even losing $500 makes someone burdened in their mind and they might even be stressed about the defeat that befell them. I think generally everyone has an aggressive level in gambling so they are unable to control how much money they spend.

Yes, in essence, everyone must be able to learn from previous bad experiences because without bad experiences people will not be able to change in any context.
Apart from that, gamble with a loss rate that doesn't burden your mind and minimize bets in each round after round. I'm sure everyone has the desire to get big profits but that's when big risks come to them.

Sure. We seems to spend more money than to earn money in gambling. That's why we don't expect to be rich and gamble excessively. Most gamblers assume to gamble for fun only, they prioritize the get the entertainment. Earning money is a bonus, that depends on how lucky they play in gambling.

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling.
You must spend small money only for gambling, that's why you don't lose a huge money. Those people who lost huge money probably because they can't control their emotion, they gamble excessively with much money. If you don't want to lose a lot of money, you need to have a good self control.

In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling?
You may need to evaluate your approach/strategy on the gambling games. If you seem there is something wrong with your strategy, just change it with more effectively one. But if it is a luck-based games, you don't need to do anything. Just stop gambling temporarily to calm your mind, so you can gamble with a fresh mind then.

Make sure you don't try to chase the wins! Don't force gambling when you are not in a good condition. That only leads you to spend bigger money.

Nothing, if you already lose your money. Just accept the fact that you lost and try to see if you'll be lucky on your next gambling session but never go overboard or chasing losses if you keep on losing. If you're irresponsible that you've bet what you cannot afford, then yes, consider quitting as an option as well.

I highly agree, anyone can regret their losses momentarily but learning to accept them and move on is the best thing.  Never do crazy thing such as raging or getting violent since it is not the way to solve your losses. There is nothing we can do to recover fund lost in gambling, so better to move on and not chase losses because it can result in lossing more money.

If one is losing too much in gambling, he must start reflecting on where the problem is. Mostly it is on uncontrolled usage of fund so we better learn bankroll management together with financial management in order for us to identify the priorities when it comes to finance.  Moderate our fund and time in gambling so that we won't be playing for a long time which can cost more funds if we are not lucky on that session.

Winning is the ultimate targets for all gamblers in the system, they simply forgets the sacrifices involves in gambling, not a regular activity  but it involves money and stress specifically when  losing. Making big wins from gambling is not an easy task but with appropriate strategy, nothing is impossible to achieved. If we lose, there's definitely a come back but not today but hoping for greater opportunities to grab good entry another day. Gambling is risky, a repetitive statement from me because there's greater chances of losing deposited capital for gambling.

The gambler should understand the loss in the gambling and learn the gambling with some period of time. The gambler mostly forgot the loss and learn the game,if they keep remember of the loss in the gambling. So he become the gambling addict and use the uncontrollable money to the gambling. If they stop the gambling after some loss,it may be the biggest reason for the miss of the biggest opportunity in the gambling.Because after some day only,he can get the opportunity of the big win in the gambling. The gambler should ready to risk in the gambling or else he can play the other game which doesn’t need any money.

Gambling is mainly about high risk, high reward platform where you can easily double your money or even more is just short span  time or with a just click depending on how you're gambling. However, there's also some ways to minimize loss especially with a large bankroll such as some strategy like martingale.

Personally, I gamble with minimal funds to make sure that I avoid losing much but there are some instances I've gambled significant amount but I try to minimize my chance of losing the entire funds but still there really are uncontrollably circumstances where you're just too unlucky and will it all.

The point is that everyone want to make winnings or keep making profits and no one want to be a loser but the reality is that not everyone that is gambling or making bet will be a winner. Gambling is a matter of luck and if luck does not work for us then we should expect to lose. This is why sometimes we might make a big winning while other time, we might end up losing. There is no guarantee in gambling and we need to keep to the activity to test our skill in making predictions and earning too. It is very important for us to have a work that keep giving us money so that even when we lost we are not going to go and beg for money or borrow money.

I see gambling as a fun entertainment where I can earn money if lucky. It's not a job or a thing where your money is guaranteed. You always have it at the back of your mind that you can lose your money while gambling.
So always have a certain and reasonable amount of money you want to gamble with every time you gamble, if you've blown off all that money it's best to just stop for the day. Take a break.
Trying to recoup losses will only lead to more losses.

I have never thought of stopping gambling altogether but sometimes when I have lost too much I just decide to take a break for that day.
Everyone that gambles wants to win but it is better to have at the back of your mind that winning is not certain. It is even better to have the mentality that your chances of winning are slimmer. This is the main reason why we should always stake money that we can afford to lose. Many people make the mistake of chasing losses if they fail to win. This is one of the easiest means of losing more. Chasing losses can lead to loss of attention which will increase the tendency of making wrong bets. It is better to have a daily, weekly and monthly gambling budget. Immediately you reach your maximum, the next step will be to go home and relax. If you feel your losses are getting out of hand, take a break and come back better and strong.

It depends on how much one has lost. If one has lost beyond his capability then a straight answer would be to stop gambling right away until he covers his losses.
Covering losses should be done by earning more through side hustles and day jobs and not through gambling.
Trying to cover losses through gambling would end up losing even more. If the gambler has lost but within his budget then he can take a short break and then continue gambling.
We all say this, which actually the truth but the facts still stand that this option is really hard to fulfill even for the  so called experienced gamblers. Many gambling would even start up by winning lots of cash until greed set in and at then every perceives a new target. This habit is actually the one that causes that habit of loses that gets the gambler stuck in trying to recover all the winning that they previously enquired.
But some people claim that gambling is fun to them and I assure that this set of people are the one that budget money for the gambling from their earning. Almost all the gambler do it because of money, they do want to work and earn they prefer gambling so they can earn money in time. What I think normally some gambler always believe that they can never loss that why if they loss they keep on trying and that is how they will loss all their money. Most of this gambler are really hustler but since they are addicted to it they find it difficult to quit it.

Already you should be aware that it is a game of profit and lose, or a 50/50 kind of chance,  before you should consider staking and risking your money on gambling. If you have lost a considerable number of time, before quitting try changing your style of betting to check if you are getting it all wrong.

Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses?
Lastly, don't gamble in such a way to recover your past losses, this is where you will get trapped the most, when you lose a game move on and bet with a fresh mindset,  hence you will get screwed trying to recover it and in the end never get to recover it.
