Hey guy's i just got email from Simon apologizing for not emailing back and said by next week we will have are tracking numbers   IT FRIDAY THE 20 OF MARCH  SO NEXT WEEK GUY'S  ....     I SENT SIMON EMAIL YESTERDAY AND IT WASN'T NICE AND TODAY HE REPLIED.....

This great excuses looks exactly the same as Alpha Technology excuses. They promised Q2/Q3 2014, but they did not even send order for chips manufacturing during July. Promised that shipping will be last two weeks of July 2014 (LIED to press us pay remaining amount). Just for your information, we are still waiting for their miners, their updates are les than once a month and they still promise "miners will be very soon".

I am very sorry, but Hashra seems to be in serious troubles.

there is not much we can do,  having the company in Hong Kong or China.. we have no recourse.   He has sent me email also.

file legal actions, we have all been ripped off and will never see a thing, including a refund!

i emailed his hosting company and a day later i got a reply from simon saying the chips were late. he replied to my email. he isnt replying now and i think he changed webhost.

i do not think that Simon has set out to scam anyone.
circumstances have contributed to this outcome.


however, there is no delivery nor any information about deliveries.


hashra.com collected my money on the basis that a product would be delivered - so far nothing after months of waits and delays.

now, it is time to use technology to find them.

so i would suggest that we keep on filling cases with the authorities - while we seek out the responsible parties.
amongst this groups there are sufficiently intelligent people who can utilize technology in amazing ways.

Ship in 30 days?  They were now supposedly going out by this weekend, but Simon said that is was hard to get tracking #s over the weekend.

Let's first see that happen. Who are those "adamant" folks, do you have a link?

Will ship in 30 days.. from today? which would bring us into April.. yet another push back.. I paid them nearly 7 months ago and haven't seen anything, not even a refund after being told twice I would receive one. We have been totally ripped off and I encourage everyone to file legal action against Simon A Bright / Hashra.com

There are a lot of folks pretty adamant that the units will ship in 30 days , what will you do if that happens ?

Here we are.. a third of the way through March and as expected the only thing has been put out is Hashra's website lol we have all been scammed... File reports with all the legal body's regardless of payment method... throw as much dirt as you can at these assholes from Hashra.com

You may see Xircom (who magically reappeared in hashra threads just now after being absent during the 2+ months of delays) and lifeforcepools soon claim that they received their miners. They will probably post some pictures too. So far they are following the MAT scam script to the letter.

Simon says he's shipping in a week or less - but then the website is practically offline.

Doesn't make sense.

the Chinese consumer council forwarded me a copy of the letter they sent to hashra.com regarding my complaint. I encourage anyone and everyone that sent hashra.com funding through ANY means IE: BTC, Wiretransfer whatever.. to file reports with all the various legal authorities listed in this post. They are investigating Simon and the more complaints registered the better.
