Mauritius would be nice, since it sounded like a lot of Greek Gods and Goddesses lived their but actually it's filled with islands and good for adventure.

lol ever been down here?

Personally, I would move to Sweden or Canada. I like extremely cold places, and then in the summer move back to Australia or a country in winter.

Sweden has a great economy and government. They are neutral in wars and is a great place to start new businesses.

Canada doesn't have many positives (at least that I know of), I just want to move there for the snow (we don't have much snow in Australia, only in mountains) and the winter sports.  Grin

I would like to move to Sweden as well, I did my college education from there and has always been a welcoming place.

When it comes to Government and Economy, I wouldn't put Canada down or take it off the list. Canada also has a very vibrant tech community in select cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal as some examples).

If you like snow, come to Toronto. You will get PLENTY of it.
If you like rain, but not so much snow (about a week or two) go to Vancouver (based off friends who have lived in the region).

Luxembourg is like Switzerland, it's going to cost you a bundle to live there, but it is nice.

australia totally

Yup australia is really a nice place, too bad its really costly..

Did you know that Australia has 9 out of 10 of the most venomous snakes in the world? They also have spiders with flesh eating venom and spiders the size of your hand. Kangaroos are really the least of your concern, they are kinda annoying if you hit them on the road but Wombats and Drop Bears are more of a concern since they might attack you and if you hit them they are so solid that they mess up your undercarriage. Oh yeah, you also have a lot of wild dogs, Dingos are really only active on Fraser Island but peoples dogs are probably more dangerous. There are also lots of bats, and you definitely don't want to go swimming in the ocean up north during the wet season because there are a lot of jellyfish and probably not in the rivers either since there are crocodiles, and then there is also fly season.

No wonder they sent prisioners to Australia......

Haha, that's the stereotypical view of Australia.

I live in Australia and I can tell you that I have never seen a real Snake anywhere outside of a Zoo. Spiders are common, but not the really poisonous ones, unless you're inviting them (you have really messy rooms, no insect repellent etc). You won't see any wombats of Kangaroos in the city, and you would rarely find one in rural areas.

i would love to live in australia, canada or England!

arent those places expensive?

I spent some time in Australia and New Zealand and I'm from Canada.

Australia is expensive but the pay is better but the drawback are poisonous animals which can make it a little sketchy to go for bushwalks. A plus is that it has the best surfing in the world as well as the great barrier reef, waterfalls, rainforests, sailing, dolphins etc. and flights are really cheap (about $150 to fly Sydney to Brisbane return)

New Zealand is like the adventure capital of the world, pay is pretty shitty compared to basic costs but there are no dangerous animals and soo many things to do like louging, zorbing, skydiving, bungee jumping, exploring underground caves and rivers, hobbiton, natural hot springs and mud baths, jet boating, skiing, glacier trekking. It's a bit weird that police don't carry guns but I guess when it's so hard to get guns and drugs into the country that's its a bit overkill for police to carry anything more than tasers. Also, cheap and super delicious lamb, mmm

Canada is great depending where you live, some places up north or in alberta/manitoba can get pretty cold during the winter but has decent pay, great dining and quality restaurants and probably the best skiing and snowboarding. BC is awesome during the summer, the lakes get quite warm, great of you want to go swimming at 1 am in the morning Tongue Canada is also very multicultural and accepting no matter the color of your skin or sexual orientation.

Island. I don't think there is a better country if I take into account standard of living and people that live there.
