Well, it's obvious that all of us want to go back during the time that bitcoin is priced in as centavos and, we'd buy for sure a lot of it and will just have to wait until the right time comes to sell and we'd all be millionaires or even billionaires. But, I don't want to dwell in the past anymore and I know that this is just a situation discussion but then we should be moving on and it's hard to get stuck in the past and have all of those regrets get us reminded on where are we during those great times.
That's right but that's not the point of the original topic, it talks about the could've been things for many of us, it indulges our fantasies even just for awhile and I think that what OP is trying to point out here is that even if we have the machine, there's still uncertainty and we won't be able to predict accurately what could possibly happen.

If i can travel back time maybe i can make a new timeline and i will fix myself and also i would go when the bitcoin is super low then travel to present just to sell and travel back again and again like infinite money haha. In reality, I will travel back when my mom is still alive, I will cherish my mom day after day until the time has come so I have no regrets because in present I didn't focus on my mom health so I'm regretting that time and I'm blaming my self why my mom died. If we had a time machine to go back to 2009, but it would also make us forget all about the present. I bet you that no one will dare to buy 1 bitcoin, let alone buy 1 million bitcoin, as many people are saying. Because at that time, bitcoin was given out for free, and no one cared, let alone spent some money to buy it. Right now, the future of bitcoin is as clear as ever, many people remain skeptical and dare not invest. Then don't say we would dare to buy it when it has no value and no clear future.

Nice plan but you don't have to go too far back through the time trouble machine to earn huge amounts of money from cryptocurrency. As every exchange has an option called futures trade. And offering 125x leverage for Bitcoin there. So it is possible to become a billionaire overnight from here just by knowing the bitcoin future of one hour. But in this universe it is not possible to create any time travel machine. So this is just our false assurance. You need to realize that if it wasn’t for those selling Bitcoin at such a low price then Bitcoin might of not had the same success as it did.
Looking back the Pizza was a bad deal however it wasn’t the point. It basically proved that Bitcoin has a purpose and can be used to pay for transactions. And after that it become more and more popular. And shortly after it was used to trade goods and services.
Unfortunately, we all probably have similar deals to the pizza one. I had purchased a Minecraft account for the equivalent of $1,500 by today's standards. I don't blame myself for spending that money back then; I couldn't have known, while the most I had acquired in Bitcoin was 0.40 BTC and was spent immoderately. Looking back the Pizza was a bad deal however it wasn’t the point. It basically proved that Bitcoin has a purpose and can be used to pay for transactions. And after that it become more and more popular. And shortly after it was used to trade goods and services.
Supposing I had the opportunity to go back in time, I would go back to 2018's market crash, keep myself composed, and not give up on Bitcoin. There were an abundance of things that I could have done differently, that would have changed the course of my lifetime. That was my biggest mistake—not that I hadn't bought from 2014; I didn't have the means to do so, had no card, and was under 18.

It is only a hypothetical matter. We can only imagine it but it cannot happen in reality. The future is controlled only by the Creator. Even if for some reason we could know the future, it would never be good for us.

Well, if I could travel back in time I will obviously buy a lot of Bitcoin, hold on to it, then sell when it peaked in the present, profit, etc.. But that did not happen, so now what? So many what-ifs, and so many uncertainties as you have said yourself but what happened already happened. We can speculate about the past as much as we want but we cannot live in the past, just learn from the regrets and lessons it holds. Besides, even if one can go back to the past, will they remember the future they come from? Will they retain the knowledge they have now? What if one single action causes a domino of a different future, like a butterfly effect? So many possibilities, but no assurances.
In the far future, this question will be asked again and the many answers will be the same, many repeating sentiments of "what-ifs" and "if only's" but the past will remain unchanged and you can only go forward.
Yeah, guys that are saying that they will travel back to time and buy bitcoin for cheap doesn't realize that if they starts buying all the bitcoin, most likely the price of bitcoin won't be what it is right now. Maybe no one would want to use bitcoin becase most of the supplies will be controlled by some specific group of people (the time travelers) and they would be manipulating the market. Maybe after few years there won't be any bitcoin, and bitcoin would be considered as a "failed" currency and people would instead be using some other currency. Those that travelled time to buy bitcoin would lose all their investment.

Forget about time machines, that's impossible and now try to be realistic about the future and what you can do now with bitcoin which historically has given its investors worth returns.
Time that has passed will never come back, we will only see it as a memory, but you are right, being realistic will be a good thing for our future instead of having to look back, even now bitcoin still provides benefits to everyone who have it.I can't remember how many assets I sold at rock bottom in 2016, 2017 and after, but I can't regret it because I know there was no point other than just taking the time now to grow a portfolio for the future. Remember, bitcoin are still very low compared to previous ATH, so take advantage of this opportunity to get bitcoin and hold with it as long term as you have a budget for your long term investment.

Since there are no latecomers in this industry, I would undoubtedly start by studying cryptocurrency so that when I had some money for investment, I could also profit from the upswing.
Earlier I saw Bitcoin price was very low few years ago. I thought to invest then but I didn't think to invest that much. I now realize if I could have invested back then the market condition is very bad now. I could have made a lot of profit. But hopefully I can get good amount of profit from my previous investment. I have to wait for a few years. I have made a lot of money by investing in Bitcoin. I hope if the Bitcoin market is good in a few days, I will be very happy. I can earn money.
The question is, if you were from the future and had a time machine to travel back to 2023, what would you do? I suspect I would think it is probably a good idea to buy ownership in as many companies as possible (invest in the S&P 500), and earn as much crypto as possible. I imagine you would set up miners and make Bitcoin purchases as often as you can. Maybe that would even be a curse, as you would probably miss out on your life trying to capture as much future wealth as possible. If you managed to have kids, I bet they'd live a pretty cushy and spoiled life though. Hopefully that would be your goal if you go that route.
I am not sure if I would buy Bitcoin if I could travel back to the past. Even if I did invest, I wouldn't be certain that I could hold onto it until its peak value of $69K last year, given that it would require holding onto Bitcoin for 13 years between 2009 and 2022

Many people will likely regret selling their Bitcoin back then because they are considering the current price, but that should only apply to those who did so for no apparent reason. If, however, they had valid reasons to sell their Bitcoin back when it was still cheaper, I don't see them regretting their decision.
I usually maintain that if I have a legitimate cause to sell my bitcoin investment, even during the bear market that I am in lost, I will do so, and I will never regret it even I see my close people making huge profits from it later. I have no idea why someone would have an issue, and have the money to address it, yet be unable to do so due to the profit they hoped to make in the future.I believe a person with peace of mind is better than someone that have the money but not peace of mind.
