The options are between lottery and sport bets but if the options were extended to casino games, that'll be my choice because I would have wager as low as 10 cent on spin or dice games and use that to win.

Looks like it’s more possible in a casino since just recently, someone won big in a popular casino shared here on the forum, turning $5 into $3 million!

But it’s still worth a shot, right? I mean, this kind of win is possible in the lottery, but I’ve never seen a $1 betslip turning into $100k. If someone actually pulls it off after this thread, that’s definitely going down in history..

Honestly? Both options you have presented are long shots. Gambling rarely pans out, especially if you are working with a shoestring budget.  Those get rich quick lottery tickets and sports parlays? Sucker bets, plain and simple and  they tap into peoples greedy sides while stacking the odds way against you.

If you really wanna try your luck, Id say stick to smaller, safer bets.  Pick a sport you know inside out and throw a few bucks on an underdog win.  That way at least you have got a fair chance.  But even then, risks stay real.  Thats why I try putting my limited funds toward needs before long shots.  Just my two cents though! You do you.

If I could be going for a $100k bet with $1 stake, what stops me from just going for the $1m pice money in a lottery. At least I get to understand that it’s a lottery and just anyone could get lucky in this so, it’s a more preferable option than to go for a game with over a thought or hundred odds where it’s always next to impossible for teams with such odds or outcomes that could result in such odds to come up in a game.
Lottery however doesn’t follow such rudiments. It’s clearly luck based and gives no importance to how much your putting in, just your sequence to occurrence and that’s it.

Here’s the question: if you had a budget of $1 a day just for gambling, where would you put it? Would you go for a lottery game with a potential $1 million win, or a high-odds sports betting parlay where you could win $100,000? Which one would you pick?

To be honest, this is a very strange question on a forum where active participants receive more than a dollar for writing one post. One dollar is very little, I would probably make multiple bets with odds of 10-50, so that in case of winning I could make a bet with the same odds but with a significant amount.
But still, it's hard for me to imagine how you can work with such a small initial bet. Imagine that you made x1000 and it's only a thousand dollars after such huge X's.

If you can have a day's budget, you have a minimum of $365 dollars, taking a one year time frame, then ok... it's not a year it takes 30 days, then you have $30 dollars, the problem is not what game you start with, it's the capital and then the "dumbing" idea of turning $1 into 1 million, when a 1$ becomes zero.

It's a question of focus, then knowledge and finally long term, I just mentioned that I started in bc,game with $3 and today I'm level 23, it's taken me about 4 years...

I think I would go for the parlay, instead of the lottery, to be honest. Though, If I had more liberty to choose on how to spend that money, I believe I would rather to play some blackjack, wagering just 10 cents per round, having a minimum of 10 badluck rounds per day.
We are talking about 30$ per month, so it would still be quite a reasonable budget of the majority of people who have a job in a first world country or a developing country with a minimum standard of living.

For people choosing lottery, do they know how hard it's to win a lottery. The odds are about 1:1 million. Why waste $1 daily on lottery when you can use that money to play sports games and with compounding, you can realize so much profits. You might think that $1 isn't big money but when you keep winning and compounding your victory to have higher bankroll. You might end up with large quantity of profits. Gambling is unpredictable because playing the lottery might worth for some individuals although it mightn't work for you and the case can be reversed when sport betting is what works better for you.

If I have $1 each day to bet, I tend to accumulate it to $7 in the week and bet on the weekends. $7 for a parlay with a few games on the betslip isn't a big deal instead of having to bet every day it doesn't make sense to me. I wouldn't bet on random matches without making any analysis, which means I've ignored so many obscure local leagues to satisfy my gambling desires.

The ratio of a new gambler winning $1 per day to winning $100k is very low, even if it is possible, it is almost impossible to continue and maintain consistency. You will definitely get bored of your desires when you have to experience the reality of losing streaks every day, even with just $1.

The things you mentioned are impossible to win especially betting with a 1 dollar per day budget is very unlikely to get a big profit. But if I give a budget of one dollar per day then I will bet on one match in Sportsbetting with this one dollar.
If I win the bet then I wait for the next bet and if I lose the bet I wait for the next budget. But under no circumstances do I want to add any balance beyond the budget especially if I lose I don't want to take a loan or borrow to bet.

In this case, $1 is somewhat a small amount of money, and regarding where best to stake such small amount of money, I think lottery as you said is the right away most especially when and if you are kicking for a miracle of winning somewhat big amount of prize along the line. Asids from lottery, it's very hard to make anything out of such a migery amount of money, since it is obvious that $1 is not too good an amount to gamble with.

I haven't checked what odds a lottery will even possibly give for a dollar ticket, and that is if one even gets to make a ticket buy with $1 because that is quite an impossible thing to do for me.

At first the both games and options aren't specific and is not defined and certain that you must win In both, is either you win or lose. Therefore to me it's better I go with sports betting parlay or a kind of multiple bet with higher odds even though I know that my winnings aren't certain it will be more better for me to do the one I know is easier and I could win so easily as well. However, 1$ is huge to gamble per day if you put it into conversion to our currency.

As long as the budget is continuous and forth coming on a regular basis, I would focus more on high odds sports betting parlay because I believe in the fact that I understand football matches and games like boxing and basketball alot better than i understand lotteries, but that's not to say if i get a sure lottery ticket number, i wont play.
I would try my luck on as much games or odds or lotteries if I can as long as the $1 keeps being available on the regular.

I will prefer to use it to bet on sport betting parley. The reason is that if I want to gamble on a casino, I will like to spend more time. Using $1 may let me spend a short time in a casino before the money is exhausted. So I will prefer to go for like 5 to 10 odd parley, but this kind that I will still lose the money.

I will prefer to have $7 per week and use it at once in a casino that to have $1 per day. It is not fun in the later way.

A budget of $1/day is a very small amount, but if you accumulate it for weeks or months, it can add up to a lot more. And I am not the type of person who likes to visit gambling places or place bets every day, once a week is more than enough to spend time gambling or placing bets.

So what I will do is make a budget every week. So the amount is $7/week. And what I will choose is not lottery but sports betting. Through lottery gambling, we can get bigger wins because the multiplier can reach X10,000 if we bet 4 numbers and win. However, the chance of getting it is very small, and there is no special strategy to win, it all depends on luck. So when I place a lottery bet, it's like I'm throwing away $7/week for nothing. Meanwhile, when it comes to sports betting, although the winnings are not as big as the lottery, in sports betting, besides relying on luck, it also requires other factors that allow us to win, such as; observation strategy, careful analysis techniques ETC. So even though sports betting is quite difficult to win, this victory can still be attempted.

for me if I have a mind to spend $1 a day through gambling I will not go to higher odd I will focus on Lower or knowing that they want dollar I have can make me to win a gambling that worth a $10 from my prediction, but the thing is that we have to know that the more the risk the higher the money you benefit from gamblers for me I will like to go for lower odd so that I can win a little amount of money from the little amount of money and win I can stick or bet for larger amount so gambling is all about strategies not something that you will not apply wisdom before you involve yourself if you involve yourself without applying Wisdom you will end up losing everything

I am not a fan of the lottery, I only place bets on sports betting, and why will I even bet with just $1, and I will be expecting so much reward, if I have that kind of mindset, then I just have plans to be wasting $1 daily because I don’t think I will be able to achieve that kind of result. When gambling, we are supposed to be reasonable, we shouldn’t just gamble blindly. I don’t know why someone would just plan to gamble with $1 and expect that amount of money, seriously, it’s really rare to see things like this happen, or maybe I should say I haven’t seen or heard of anyone gambling with so little amount of money and winning such a huge amount of money.

If I had that budget I would choose to bet on soccer games using parlay bets to get higher odds. The reason is quite simple, because if we talk about "hope", I believe more in sports betting even though it also relies on luck on parlay bets, but at least sports betting can still be predicted. Unlike betting on casino games which are stronger depending on luck and it is difficult to predict the final result.

Yes, I will do that too. Parlay betting allows us to get bigger Odds, although the chances of winning will also be smaller when we choose more matches. we know that the predictions we make in sports betting sometimes will not really match. the favorite team sometimes plays the opposite of our predictions. but with that allocation, sports betting will be better chosen than games that depend on luck.
Maybe those who prefer to play casino games like the lottery will consistently bet $ 1 every day, but it is still unpredictable and the chances of winning will be very small compared to losing.

That's such a tiny amount that you'd probably maximize the pleasure from it just by going for the lottery. It's not going to last very long on any slot machine, so you might as well put it into something that can convert into a high amount and then basically forget about it. Consider it more like passive gambling instead of active gambling, where you might get lucky one day with a $50k prize or higher which is probably more likely than walking away from a casino with an equal amount. I guess parlays could keep it interesting, but it seems like a lot of work to continuously pick out what you think will be a winning streak and only one out of many bets has to fail for you to lose.

I do not subscribe to the "all-in" mentality that some people have.

I would put it in more games than just that. If I can play more games, then sure, I might just as well lose the dollar as I would have, playing 1 game, but it is more fun. And what is the point in gambling if you don't have fun?

Although having said that, gambling with mere cents does sound boring. But even at 1 cent per game that is 100 games.

One dollar is still a lot of money, in my country you will see people using $0.25 on sport games and they do win good amount of money, from $30 to hundreds of dollars is possible if things go right.

It doesn't matter how much you risk, can you afford to lose the money is all that matters, either big amount or small amount it doesn't count, because a million dollars is like a hundred dollars for some while a dollar worth's a lot for many.

Risk money on gambling based on how much amount you can tolerate.
