I don't think you are only in this, I think every gamblers have in one way or the other experienced this.

Well, in my gambling career I didn't experience to win a massive amount of money maybe just a little bit of winnings guess, but every time I win I reflect if my money from winning is as much as I lose from playing, and there I realize that I lose more than I win, so better measure your win and lose to balance your money and end up losing more money.

So the awareness of being losses will be there, and we can prevent the other losses by controlling our behavior in gambling. We can remember our losses every time we win, but not all gamblers do that thing because they will get their time to enjoy the win money without thinking about their losses. Also, after you win and think about your financials, you do ponder upon how much loss you have covered with the winning. No not just you, but most of those real gamblers also suffered from the same mistakes. After winning huge amount of money they continue to remember previous losses and continue chasing and trying to recover back. The end results is again, they will lose everything instead of enjoying
for a while and forget everything. If you have the chance is best time to move away and use that huge win to a muc profitable way instead of trying
to continue chasing for more luck.

I agree with you. This is the whole reason why controlling oneself is said a difficult thing to accomplish. Mastering oneself is the most difficult task of the world. Never letting your emotions take control of your actions is just easy in saying, reality is totally opposite. However, if you will learn something out of your losses, then this pain can decrease for sure. You already don't look like an addict.

We can say that, but I guess that is not many gamblers who will remember their losses in the past because they will be too happy to celebrate their winning. I already have seen that happen to my friend before he wins. After he wins the game, I tried to remind him about his losses, but he said he doesn't remember how much his losses in the past because now he can win much money.

But no matter if we win or lose, it is better to remember how much money we spent on gambling games so we can know when is the time to stop playing the games. By doing that, we can prevent ourselves from the addicting that could happen to us in the future.
