Wait for the right time to sell all your coin.,and.besides halving is only weeks away before it starts.
Just in case you feel that bitcoin will fall after reaching that  price ,go and sell all your coins

Indeed you can better now just wait till the halving has been done because its gonna rise for sure than.
If this happen you will make some nice profits with the bitcoin without any doubts.

Could you explain to me, is it more likely to price to go up or down after halving?

cheers

Selling will be now the baddest thing that you can do with Bitcoin and that is because you know that the price is now rising but it should be better if you are waiting little longer.
And it is also hard to know what will truly happen so that is risky of Bitcoin.

With 28% capital gains tax in my country i am considering just holding forever recently. 28% is so huge, even if we hit $3k bitcoin from here i dont think its enough to make me sell any.

that's just insane. if you play it smart and know how to sell your bitcoins, then you can easily avoid paying a single penny in tax. mind telling what country you're from?

Yeah i think it would be better if you hold back any longer to halving come. I'm afraid if I would be wrong to sell like some time ago
after I sold prices rose. and I do not want it to happen again. I have to be patient and wait for prices to rise to halving come

Yeah but the problem is we don't know what is the best price to sell, majority of people will sell when it hits $1k, but next day it may go to $1200 and then we will regret for selling.

Yes that's why most the people now who are bitcoin users are not selling there coin. They are getting ready for the upcoming halving.
Because possibility of earning from is really high. Once the price increase, you can just sell your bitcoin and get profit from it.
But as of now, we just need to wait from it.

As you see, the Bitcoin is crashing and trying to break a new low until it stop.
But I won't sell any Bitcoin at this time, I believe it will rise again as it always do. Smiley

And i think thay you do pretty good thing as this way you won't lose any money for pumps and dumps, and i am sure that there will be them

I also don't sell any coin now, i wait for halving when bitcoins price will be larger so i will be able to buy them more, so i won't sell them

It is good to keep at least what you can hold for longer period.I am investor and don't believe in trading.Sometimes it happens that when in trading you don't have chance of re-purchasing your coins. If you think is good time and getting good profit should take out at least initial investment and hold of profit.

Yup, if current price is allowing you to secure the profits then you should sell some of your coins and hold rest for the future, smartness is always profitable then greediness.

I have already sold 50 % of my holdings in Bitcoin and waiting to buying again at lower price. It is not possible to see just upward movement price need correction which is next thing to happen before of after halving.Halving ensure only thing which is price will not drop under 380 $ anymore after cost of mining and profit basis.I am waiting to see under 600 $ to buy again to hold once again.

I think that it is best to sell when you think that the price is too unsustainable for the long term, relative to the purchasing power of BTC. However, we are a long way off that, and I don't think BTC prices are high even at $50,000+.

So yeah, hold BTC.

it's nice prediction  Grin Grin Grin
i hope bitoin can reach $50.000 too, bitcoin next 50year will be popular, and all of our will know it, and use it.
in this situation if you have 100bitcoin it's make you feeling special, so better hold your bitcoin , and don't sell it, just send to your son Smiley

haha $50,000 will just be miracle in the bitcoins history and the world seriously but holding coins with your patience is always important otherwise you will find it regretting at last Smiley
50,000 is to ambitious for a price of bitcoins, we are too unrealistic with that projection but if that will happen then good for the community, I am pretty sure many will become millionaires and would buy a lot of stuffs with BTC money. But even if the price of bitcoins will be real high we should only sell certain percentage of our holdings and hold the remaining in the future.

selling it at this time seems a bright idea to me right now. who knows what halving may bring.

You can sell now as price is very good at 750$. or you can still wait and wait for more rise in the price. Its all depends upon you on when you wish to sell and what the profit is OK for you to take.

Yeah if you are satisfied with current price then you can sell your coins and secure the profits or else if you are looking for additional profits then you should wait for some more time.

Even the current price gives a good profit, so every user who has been satisfied can sell it and grab the profit. Else could wait till halving and can get the profit higher than the present.
For me its better to wait after block halving done.. because it will more profitable if they sell it when block halving is done. and i think more price increase will ome so be patience..
