So it looks like I am stuck with this rule for my client's announcement post too. Ideally, I would wait 6 weeks to post it myself, but there is not sufficient time.

What would be the best way to identify a trustworthy member of this forum, with sufficient membership status, who I could hire to do the ANN thread on our behalf? Is there a forum section where people offer this service?

I understand that the abuse is not good, but we need images in our coin annoucements. Maybe we have to find an alternative forum to post our annoucements?
Or, you could just make enough post to become Jr. Member. Not that hard.

great idea, how many posts is that?

you must wait untill 30 activity
It takes 6 weeks Smiley

This is a good idea although I have been active on here with another account and need to use this one to post an ANN.

2 weeks and four days to be precise (because this activity period is almost over).

How is that possible to check the activity period? I need to start a thread with images and it would be nice to estimate how long I still have to wait. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I've actually read this thread before, but have not noticed some small letters. I now get it that it takes three weeks at least to gain activity 30.

Hey guys,
I want to start a new thread and use images. Okay, I got it about the 30 posts to be able to post images, but I have also seen some info on the activity, which seems not to be exactly the same as post count. Is there any info how long should I wait to get activity 30? Thanks in advance.

You can only get 14 activity points every two week period.

Could someone explain to me how many posts are required to get out of the newbie designation?

When you become Jr. Member, i.e. activity reaches 30. It isn't far for you!

This is an old thread and I doubt this feature was returned back, newbies still can't post images.

Our team is planning on releasing a Press Release on your forums. Would it be possible to be granted a temporary exception for embedding images? Unfortunately, the material we have prepared for our announcement relies heavily on visual elements. Please advise.

How many posts do I have to make to get to jr. Member?  I'm assuming activity and posts are not 1:1

post count doesnt affect activity that much, only if you have potential activity. to get activity you must be active atleast every activity period so you can get 14 points every 2 weeks

The reason I ask is because I'd like to make a new topic for a service with images.  I hope I don't have to wait too long to do so.  Are you saying I'm going to have to wait a month to become a jr. member?  Shocked

of course you still have to reach at least 30 posts to become a jr member.
