It is hard to imagine that bitcoin is recognized by all people around the world. We may say that bitcoin will be known in many countries where people have internet connection. There are several countries that people don't know what is internet and also cryptocurrency.

It's certainly possible, but hard to do so far. There are countries in which people know very little about bitcoin. On a global scale, contrary to appearances, there are not so many Bitcoin users in relation to the whole population. It will take a lot of time.
It is actually hard for the world to accept bitcoins because of the issues going on from the government about legalizing bitcoins. I am sure that legalizing bitcoins will only help the world to spread the knowledge and will serve several individuals to earn a good passive income online.

If all around the world recognized bitcoin, I think all of us are easy to used or spend bitcoin. But it depends the government if they allow their community to used bitcoin.

I think digital currencies are quite popular now that a lot of people in every country knows what it is and I think the government fully knows what it is and don't need any explanation about it. As I have read in most comment here, yes bitcoin can be known in the world but not to the extent of taking over from fiat. The reason that this might not be possible in my view is that, we have some countries that are traditionally in inclined and to do away with fiat entirely would be an issue. For such countries, even if there is a restriction from the international community to use bitcoin in international trade, they would still use fiat in their local community.
