Here’s how alcohol can affect your body:
Brain:
Alcohol interferes with the brain’s communication pathways, and can affect the way the brain looks and works. These disruptions can change mood and behavior, and make it harder to think clearly and move with coordination.
Heart:
Drinking a lot over a long time or too much on a single occasion can damage the heart, causing problems including:
Cardiomyopathy – Stretching and drooping of heart muscle
Arrhythmias – Irregular heart beat
Stroke
High blood pressure
Research also shows that drinking moderate amounts of alcohol may protect healthy adults from developing coronary heart disease.
Liver:
Heavy drinking takes a toll on the liver, and can lead to a variety of problems and liver inflammations including:
Cancer:
Drinking too much alcohol can increase your risk of developing certain cancers, including cancers of the:
Immune System:
Drinking too much can weaken your immune system, making your body a much easier target for disease

I looked into this a while ago. Firstly, there are a number of factors which affect how much alcohol you can drink safely (without an increased chance of death of any kind [all-cause mortality]):
- Amount of food and water in your system before and during drinking
- Weight/body mass
- Gender (gender seems to play a role even beyond the difference in weight, with females generally experiencing worse health consequences than men from the same amount of alcohol per kg of weight)
-Similar to food and water, but specifically intake of electrolytes

For an average male (80kg), half a bottle of wine or two pints of 4% beer per day is the limit. For an average woman (60-70kg), the limit is just over half that of a man. Over this level of consumption, all-cause mortality starts to rise. But this is on average; you could drink more if you also drink a lot of water and make sure to have a full stomach and plenty of electrolytes, and got to bed on time (some of the deleterious effects of alcohol are because of altered sleep patterns), or if you have more mass than average.

If its occasionally drinking NOT TOO MUCH of alcohol is ok. But when you do it as if its your hobby then its not goof for you, to your health. If you are a teenager and for your its YOLO, its not bad to drink but know your limit and do not make it a hobby. As you grow older you will see the impact of what you have done during those days. So think first and do it moderately.

Drinking alcohol is not good for your health. The desastrous effect of drinking alcohol takes place slowly. You may not be seeing the effect now. It takes time for the effect on you liver and kidneys to show. Alcohol destroys the liver and kidneys. The effect is usually shown when you grow old. People are now dying of liver issues and kidney failures. Kidney transplant is going on every now and then. The major cause is alcohol. I will advice you stop drinking alcohol. After all, there are several minerals or soft drinks with no sugar or less sugar you can buy and drink instead of alcohol.

actually drinking alcohol is not worth it.
can even harm to our own health.
most people drink alcoholic beverages just for fun and just make crazy crazy with friends.

Not worth it? I don't think so. Sometimes I take alcohol in the company of my friends. Taking alcohol helps to deepen our bond of friendship, as alcohol relaxes our body and prevents quarrels and disputes. And I normally take alcohol only once or twice per month. So I don't think that it is dangerous or harmful to the health in anyway.

Eating unhealthy and drinking alcohol every single day is what I do in the past 3 years. Everything is beyond moderation. One day one of my kidneys failed due to unhealthy lifestyle. That's when I started to value my health.

It's okay to drink, but remember everything is in moderation.

I drink alcoholic beverage rarely and I don't even finish a can/bottle. Isn't it weird that the taste is not appealing to me? I also get dizzy suddenly so I really avoid it as much as possible. Who knows when you'll be in a sticky situation because of drinking alcohol? I don't want to wake up in the morning watching an uploaded video of me doing crazy things. That's the effect of alcohol to me but if you can tolerate it then you're free to drink it. Just do it in moderation.
