every thing in limit is good for health.

Moderate alcohol use may be of most benefit if you have existing risk factors for heart disease. However, you can take other steps to improve your heart health besides drinking — eating a healthy diet and exercising, for example, which have more robust research behind them.

I think it should be obvious by now how things are - seeing as how many lives were and are destroyed by alcohol each day - I personally know some people that were ok an then become worst than homeless because of drinking.

Negatives from all sides. The person who drinks alcohol does not value his own life. How he can respect others, in fact he alone can not respect himself. After all, it has more negative impact, not only on himself but also on others

The impact of alcohol drinkers I have encountered with heart attack or liver, blindness, stroke and death

One of my best friends passed away two years back. He was only 28. The doctors asked him to stop drinking as he was having problems with the liver. But he refused to do that, and in a few months his condition got serious and he died in hospital.

Drinking too much is bad to our health.  I don't think is bad if you drink only once a week .

Drinking is definitely bad for the health. But drinking has always such a good effect like sometimes it does really relieve our stress. Drinking was fun when you're with your friends and sometimes family. Just always remember the that we need to drink moderately, since too much is really bad.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

If it provide help and gives you comfort just go with it, but with moderation. Just like in other countries, it is part of their culture. To myself I only drink cocktails im not a fan of Beer and it suits me,No hangover and headache afterwards

Drinking too much alcohol is dangerous to your health. It affects your liver & kidney. It's ok to drink alcohol if it is only occasionally.

It gives you a good relaxation and drinking sometimes is OK as I see it (to decrease your stress level) but if you can live without alcohol it's much, ,much better.
