Being overly connected can cause psychological issues such as distraction, narcissism, expectation of instant gratification, and even depression. Beside affecting users' mental health, use of technology can also have negative repercussions on physical health causing vision problems, hearing loss, and neck strain.

I think it is possible for a person to change personality when he/she gets too attached on technology?
I'm a gamer and I prefer violent gore games when playing on my computer, I think that affected that way I speak and treat others in a more aggressive way and IT's really not a nice change.
Yes, technology can become a serious problem in some cases. Two years ago i saw on TV a documentary related to the power of virtual world. There was a casa in South Corea where a couple were so involved in a virtual reality game (something similar with sims but with fantasy characters) and they forget to feed their child, he was 5-6 moths old and he died from hunger. I know it is unbelievable, thinking back even i cant believe that something like this is possible . It has to be a boarder between the virtual live and real life, including social. One day people wont even be able to speak, because in the social networks all you have to do is to write. So take a break from the games and enjoy life, especial if you are young.

The truth is that technology has not only made us more sedentary, but it is also generating negative effects in the way we think. New generations are likely to be unable to focus on the same task for a long time (I myself am increasingly having difficulty with that). The time has come to train ourselves to use fewer and fewer electronic products.

Of course, it changes, but what you eat does not affect the state. Computers are fine, although they also make maniacs out of people. But there are worse reasons for this zombie through news and television. That's really scary, when you see such people with a veil before your eyes.

Well, there are people claiming that gadgets emit harmful radiations though studies say otherwise though that may also not be true as we have seen on some experiments. I would say that one of the greatest risk is that when someone uses their gadget for a very long time to the point that it affects their amount of sleep as it might cause irritability, restlessness, stress and even affect their quality of living.

I don't think so.

If you have a healthy mind and aware that you are playing violent concept games even in years, You won't get affected because you know to yourself that it is wicked

Of course it does.Just change your surrounding for a few months and you'll see the difference.
Most of the people aren't even aware how things like technology and internet affect them.
Some people wouldn't even be able survive without internet for one week. But this is still all the beginnings.
Just imagine the changes that are to come in 20-30 years. We don't even know how will all this affect us.

Indeed, if we are addicted to technology, especially in the game world will little by little change our personality, without us knowing it. Begin to limit our own time in using technology. Start limiting by way of day limit how many hours we spend to play games, many people who experience sleep disorders, psychological disorders, malnutrition because it does not pay attention to our physical health, a day only 4-6 hours only time we use to play games, the rest socialize with friends, neighborhood, multiply interaction in friendship. All of that can make us much more disciplined of time, write in an agenda of what time we should work and play games.

I myself am a gamer, and it is true that there are circumstances during in-game moments when one cannot control his temper, but outside I can easily control myself when with my friends or strangers. I think it's situational. when faced with a problem while using technological devices.

technology not only improves lifestyle or makes things easy but it also connects people of different culture. There is a psychological connection people correlate to when online, which makes others adopt to the characteristics of others.

Technology does affect our health. For example, to much computer and cellphone can lead to poor eyesight. But then again, only if we had too much. Most of us don't really know when to stop, thus resulting to health problems.

Yes that's true but still the major part of gaming that affects the players are the gamers that they are playing with. Other players are the ones that controls the characters and the ones that's always with you. Players affect other players for example when another player always curse but the other one doesn't, there is a high possibility that the other player would curse too because he believes that it is necessary or he believes that it is cool.

There is a huge impact of technology on our health. Technology can both have pros and cons in our daily lives. It can either help us or slow us down. The advantages of technology in our health is that there are equipment's or devices that can monitor our heart rate and blood pressures. There are also lot of useful technologies that we can see in hospitals that help prolong one's life.

Technology can also be a nuisance in our life. One example is when we spend to much time in front of a computer, the radiation is dangerous and that can damage our eyes. Smartphones are very scary to carry in dangerous places because we can be robbed because of what we own.
