Absolutely sure, for special confirmation for us participants, that's an absolute requirement to always monitor so you don't miss any news updates, especially regarding payments, as JHORN (OP) said.

Yeah this is definitely true. I just recently had an event where a project from which i hold the tokens longer than 1 year already was hacked and had to deploy a new contract to make a new token. That project was poolz. Given the fact that i had this tokens only on my wallet and not staked anywhere or locked anywhere i think i would have gotten the new tokens as an airdrop anyway, but if not then i would have lost more than 1000$.
So it is definitely important to check what is happening with your projects from time to time in order to not miss out a crucial swap date or something like that. To invest and to completely forget about your investment for a few years is not really possible sadly in the crypto world.

That day one of my friends said, I have missed some important notifications from the Telegram Group, which he was waiting for from the platform from the bounty campaign he participated in. You need to consider as those who works for the project are also part of the advertisement, there's an allocated budget to pay them if the team will not provide the designated allocation there's a chance that the team will also not provide the investors what they've been promised or simply it will reflect that the team behind are greedy and there's no real progress to expect with the project.

It will be a loss for the real investors once the developer will not do anything and will just collect all those money and runaway.

If I take part in a campaign for a 4th point project, I always monitor it on the Telegram channel or Discord. This is important because if it is in accordance with the payment date this can add to my passive income and replace my operational costs in working to complete tasks according to campaign rules. Maybe everyone knows. we charge to work.

Many investors and bounty hunters makes this mistakes over and over and later they blame the project team. Just imagine the damages these can create.

Before they invest or join in campaign I think they read all the rules especially kyc some bounty has kyc and they tell it.
It's up to you if you want to invest or join the campaign if their a kyc.
Most especially read more about the project before you invest or join the bounty campaign.

I think the phrase "buy and leave" because people don't want to check the price every 5 seconds also affects this. Many times, I found many people who left and just learned the news months or even years later. Probably because for weeks or months there is no significant progress from the project, they get tired, leave it, and then forget that they have the tokens or coins. Even if it's already been announced so many times in the project's channels, when you have selective attention and are kind of lazy to follow that project news, you'll lose it.
Especially for bounty hunters, I think that too many projects that they work on make them not pay attention to projects that they've done. Only work and work without further following up, and it's wrong. Many of them come to the group only to ask about distribution and listing, and when they don't get an answer, they leave. The surprising way for now with the many types of new coins scattered. There are many scams that have sprung up with coins that do not have prices and take data from what you have convinced. You should understand in more detail to do KYC today. All can do anything with you.

On the others very bad for kyc system, because kyc means they will received our personal information so It's very bad. Personally my country no accept yet crypto market so i don’t show personal info because of my securit.

added one more really maddening things is that sometime the swap require one to pay taxes in which gonna reduce the rewards significantly sometime the taxes was about 50% which is quite ridiculous enough.

I really Don't support Token swap and Smart contract swap! But most of team does! Something token swap Doesn't work, team Don't help. I've lost so many token because i wasn’t able to swap. Team Should more responsible and those process should be automated

this is why i also give top priority to telegram channels among others. Even sometimes they publish some news nowhere but on their telegram channel. But telegram also has negative sides. As People give telegram most importance, that means they spend more time on telegram. And scammers triggere them and sent dm you to follow some instructions as if they are admin from the channel you are joined with. And thus they scammed. So should avoid such necessary texts

You need to pay attention as it's really possible that someone from telegram will PM you and will introduce themselves as the developer or part of developing team, not realizing that it just a scam attempt that those who failed to investigate will fall to a scam / hack account or worse your hard earned investment.

Be very careful, as all those social media channels are also a good place for hackers and scammers.
