There is nothing to do at this moment rather than to hold. By the time we all agree to hold, it may help the market regain it stability and make it bull.

Stay optimistic about cryptocurancy, keep up the spirit, not panic and also be patient. Check the long-term graph of the crypto market, this situation has happened many times in the past, but the market is always recovering. This will happen again, but we don't know how long it will take. 
The bear market will continue for now. Bitcoin missed its opportunity to grow and now the drawdown will be delayed for another couple of months.
I think holding will do help the bearish market. If all people will agree to hold and won't be selling at all, the prices could go up high. If all will just keep depositing and no withdrawals will be made until it will reach an all time high. But this a really temporary solution. The best solution is to make cryptocurrency very much useful by using it as it is expected or purposely made.

the only thing we can do is not to panic in this kind of situation right now. just hold on, on what you have invested and stay relax. this is the nature of cryptocurrency. if you have an extra money better to buy more in this moment while the price is still lower. the only way out is if the whales pf the cryptocurrency will manipulate the market again i think it will be greener again.

Just hold-on as everything will be back to normal soon. I think the best to do is to buy more while the price is at lower just think it's a big discounts if you think on those normal prices we had before.
I don't think there is a way out.. unless the market is getting better. More than 70% of the people in this year's market are losing money. This is normal because the market is sluggish. But everyone can make money when the bull market comes.
In this bearish market the only thing you could do is to hold your tokens and even purchase more tokens because some people would panic and dump their tokens Which makes it to lose more value. So those that purchase should hold until the market recover back.

In my opinion, I think we should invest more while the market is down because it gives us a lot of opportunity to gain a lot of profit. Investing in our market makes the market itself healthy.

First of all, we must be able to hodl our own coins, not blindly selling those things that are truly valuable. This can reduce selling pressure. Secondly, if we still have economic strength, we should buy one of our beloved coins at a low price and do our best. If everyone can think so, then the market will not be so bad. But not many people can do it.

I think that ordinary traders can not influence the market in any way. If you now have a big loses - then you just have to hold. If you have a small minus, it will be better to sell. I think that the market will go even lower for the last time. And then you can buy some top altcoins. But the best way is to be in BTC now, or even better in fiat money.
