Well, at least he didn't say the space aliens finally let him off the mothership after weeks of captivity, they have released him to his natural habitat and will observe his movements.

I predict Yifu will announce Avalon batch 4, about 5000 units. Price per device 100BTC for 150Gh, but prime cost only $500, so BitSyncom margin same as in batch 3 expected incredible. Shipping scheduled for 10 october, but by tradition first devices delivered only in 15 feb. Main idea: no profits for naive clients.

News includes good news and bad news.
I cannot except any good news because base on previous experience, they always cannot do things as they said.

So, is there any planned legal action against them? Advertising a product for a release date but being delayed significantly without adequate information should be enough grounds for someone to take them to court, both the Asic customers and batch 3 customers.

Well talking about it apparently get's you answers, that much has just been confirmed.

Monetary damages would be due to the product being extremely time sensitive, just like a high frequency trading company ordering some very high end equipment from company A but due to delays the equipment was too slow relative to other companies equipment, and HFT being extremely dependent on being first results in both the equipment losing value and company losing money for the duration the equipment was not used.

Usually when i hear "incoming" ... i duck! Hopefully it means incoming chips!

Well he's stated news, but he needs to explain why there are former members of Bitsyncom on the record claiming there's been a split and masses of chips already created that aren't being shipped after several weeks. We know that much from cryptic messages they've posted.

I'm going to hazard a guess that some of the discontent in the other thread has encouraged a response.

I'm also going to guess that some of the news and/or FUD leaked to the papers the other day has some truth in there, just hopefully not involving dodgy banksters centralising Bitcoin...

The news is that if we had received the chips ontime,
we probably would not now be in a position where we are pissing away good money after bad for fabrication of a product using a chip which is now just about obscolete,

has the recent influx of refund requests for chip orders got anything to do with this?

P.S please dont add an extra 50% free chips to existing orders cos shit ontop of shit is still just shit.

cheers,
kev

An announcement for an upcoming announcement.

 Roll Eyes
Do you think that makes good news or bad news more likely. It's a bit like the forum-equivalent of 'you might want to sit down for this..." Tongue
