I've never understood the "upcoming news" sort of news. If you're causing the news, you know what it is, so why announce an announcement rather than just making the damn announcement...?
Even if time is a constraint, surely the topic isn't so complex that it couldn't be summarized today (and then expanded on tomorrow)?
Anyway, I'm glad to see some kind of communication. Hopefully the PRC didn't kidnap you, because it's been awful quiet, and there's a sad spot in the corner where I had hoped my shiny new Avalon boards would be contentedly churning out hashes.

Speculation: Avalon will update the status of chip orders, all batch 3 has shipped, and information regarding 2nd gen Avalons.
