I agree with you. Kolkata's batting order is strong. And the batsmen are in pretty good rhythm. So in most of the matches we see Kolkata being able to score high. However, Kolkata's bowling order is not very strong. The performance of the bowlers is erratic. Experienced bowlers like Mitchell Starc are in the squad. But I would say Starc's performance is among the worst Kolkata bowlers right now.

In yesterday's match against Delhi, every bowler of Kolkata bowled controlled, but Starc conceded 43 runs in 3 overs. Starc scored 55 runs in 3 overs against Bengaluru. Gave 50 runs in 4 overs against Rajasthan. This is starc's last 3 match statistics. And Starc took only 2 wickets in these three matches.

It's because of Kuldeep Yadav 35 runs that DC were able to give a target of 154 runs. Rishabh Pant was the second highest run scorer with 27 runs. In IPL there is rear chances of win if you give such a tiny target of 154 runs. Kolkata Knight Riders batting made no mistake in chasing the target, Phil Salt was the top scorer with 68 runs and took just 33 balls for that innings. DC bowlers were able to get only 3 wickets.

It is, however, true that Delhi Capitals managed to score 153 runs due to Kuldeep Yadav's good batting performance, otherwise they would have been all out much earlier. 154 runs is a very low score in this IPL, though with this few runs, Delhi Capitals will never be able to match Kolkata Knight Riders as they are a very strong team. Kolkata Knight Riders managed to complete the target of 154 runs very easily, and they did not have to be under much pressure. If the Delhi Capitals batsmen could have given Kolkata a target of 200 plus runs, the game would have been very competitive. Delhi Capitals got off to a great start with a target of 144 runs, though Kolkata lost 2 wickets but the subsequent batsmen didn't have much trouble getting the win with responsible batting as Kolkata Knight Riders won easily. But yesterday's match could have been Delhi Capitals batsmen responsible batting and responsible bowling or of course the game could have been competitive. But Delhi Capitals lost the match against KKR due to bad batting by Delhi Capitals batsmen.

Before the start of the match Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Capitals were equal in points i.e. 10 points. No matter what the net run rate is, if Delhi Capitals could have won the match tomorrow, they would have moved up to the second position in the points table, but the sad thing is that the target of 153 runs is not a difficult target in this year's IPL matches. No I don't think royal challengers Bangalore are out of the tournament because still they have minor chance to qualify for next stages because currently they are bottom of the table with 6 points and they still have four more matches to play so if we suppose RCB won all rest of thier matches then they will have 14 points with some decent net run rate while looking to the points table the top four team rather than RR has 10 points and has to play 4 to 5 matches so if any of these team lose 2 to 3 matches then RCB can get his way in such trouble situation but just like I explained they have minor chances but it's cricket nothing is impossible anyone can qualify any time .

In the last match KKR could not win the match despite having a big collection which was unfortunate for them. Chasing the score of 261 runs which is not a less score in T20 cricket, Punjab Kings won the match with few balls to spare. The big shock they suffered in that match will not happen in today's match.
