I disagree, the reason why MI find themselves at the bottom of the table is because they failed as team completely not just due to individual especially captain. I would say their openers didn't gave consistent performance in any matches is a point to note.

KKR is power packed team who got big hitters so they managed to get very good total despite losing their inform openers. MI has nothing to lose from here and KKR almost sealed a position in 1 or 2 so this is just a matter of pride.
