I'll participate and will invest if we can find a way to weed out this scam and duplicate project in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, there's to many of it, even those rating sites did not help there are still a lot of failed and scam project.

Since 2018 ICOs are no more appealing as before and many lose interest already ,I personally stop investing in new ICOs because we always end up buying tokens at a very high price and we can't sell it off because it will never reach that price we buy at ICO time I hope this 2019 will be different

I think the hype of icos are already dead in 2018. Cause we saw many scam and failed project related to icos. So investors are kind of hopeless. But still there is many good project also those are work very hard to reach at some level. I think as soon as possible we need ico regulation to verify icos and good project to invest. Only regulation can still this kind of ico scams for real. And in 2019 I think sto take a market. Cause sto s are very much popular now and investors give some interest in stos. Let's see hope 2019 will be good for token and icos both

In 2018 ICOs were struggling with fund raising and I think it will be the same in 2019 if the bear market continuous.
I will not investing this year in ICOs as I had negative experience with them last year. I do not want my funds to be
stucked and waiting for the token distribution for months to be delivered and listed on exchanges.

btw why not to use garant service on idea implementing stage? if it's real, in perfect case the way from idea to product becomes as short as possible and that trash as pile of work with pr company & others becomes not necessary. investors know the idea -> they buy tokens -> product brings live -> garant service drops cash to creators

if product failed ->no scum, investors get money back, idea seems to be bad & never used again (cause again, good pr managers & marketing specialists can create a candy from shit and sell to worldwide). at least such garants are verified by time on most drugmarketplaces (minimum in ukrainian/russian community)

but also hope that when mvp would be done, i'll publish a topic here and marketing section comes to minimal necessary to create product-based altcoin. 2019 is still actual for icos

i think it should be based on real product and it comes from happen to happen, eg still now, in 2019 either scholarboy or successful world-class team can create an explosion between altcoins and place own unique category in hours

There are coins that are set to grow in this year, even if there is no bull run. I am determined to e able to identify these coins, before they lunch on exchange.
Sometimes, if a project will succeed, one would have known, because there would have been a lot of updates that will enable growth.

i know a lot of ICO failed, because of this market conditions, but i belive a good ICO will born in this red market Wink

I will continue investing in ICOs but significantly less than earlier, like 10x less. Without regulations I do not want ICOs to take
me down and I have my exit strategy on the first suspicious sign. Hopefully, 2019 will bring us some changes to this field.

In my opinion from Q2 2018 ICO market is going not well. We saw so much scam in between days. They just took people's money and disappear. So most of the people are start to dislike this whole ico things. And not only the scam most of the ico after listing the price go below the ico price. That is also a bad thing for investors. Cause market conditions is not good at all. For this reason ICOs are a little bit outdated or off the way to business. I think we need regulation on icos as soon as possible from government. We have to stop the whole scam thing and failed fake projects. Then ICO market will recover. And it will recover with market also. And these days stos are more trusted for investors.

Im planning to invest to an ICO that can last for a long time, but until now, i cannot see what alts will fit me. I have ETH and it doesnt failed me yet but i want something useful that i can use with my daily chores. For a hundreds of ICOs existing, still i do not know of it will last or ot will fail me in the end. Its hard to choose for a good ICO.

When the market is going to recover, the ICOs market would change as well. I hope things will get better after the first quarter of 2019 and with the Bakkt launch there would be more options for new people to join the market.
