An e-mail announcement can be very effective. Just do not need to immediately offer people your product. Offer them something for a gift: a book, a consultation, important information, training.

This is what I'm been saying all along. It is not easy and requires a lot of hardwork if you are going alone to do it. There are a lot of competitions out there who may have already established themselves as the niche authority for a particular product. And its very hard to research a long keyword that still has no competition yet, because we all know that the market is already saturated. But if you are able and willing to take the risk and invest a lot of time, then it will be a one of kind journey specially if you have outrank those authority sites and you are seeing organic traffic going into your website. Customers will just come don't worry about it as long as you are putting good content day in day out and once the profit is coming, you will fell satisfied that all the hardwork has paid off.

Internet marketing has no borders. A good start for many things nowadays are Youtube videos and google How to guides. After you get familiar with the basics you can move one step ahead and buy a few cheap guides in Ebay. Depending on your product you want to sell, if it is a digital good advertising it in some traffic exchange website maybe a good idea although many people haven't seen any good success with such sites. You can open up a website for your product and pay some good IT person to optimize the SEO so your website appears in the first page of google when searched with a few keywords you decide.

As you see there are a lot of options.

I agree popup need to go away. They annoy users, make websites look like trash and degrade the websites reputation. Most clicks on popup are accidents so people get directed away from the site to some spammy trash.

They are also almost always not profitable. The ROI on popups is so small.. usually less then 1000-1 That means if you are paying .25 a click you will spend $250 to get 1 legit sale.

This is true, because the internet is being crowded and the internet is being the mainland of advertisements and promoting products nowadays, rates are becoming higher and higher. I remember when I was on around 2010 when I decided to create some website in a very cheap price but nowadays I can't find some cheap price here with good interface. And advertisements is like a brute force advertising and people are becoming aware of these click baits and popo ups. If were going to be in this, we need to think a better idea like a very good video representation on youtube or facebook about what we can offer in the market.

No need to market at all because their offline is already known and people can just search in the internet and order from them. So its very advantageous to have a offline and online store, whichever comes first.

You have point though. Nowadays, internet marketing boom all over the world. One of the famous social media accesses is Facebook. Commonly sellers post their products on their timeline publicly. Speaking of surveying online whoever I want to deal with in a business, I think it's not necessary because I will just plan for what is trending or not and a sort of comparison to some goods they sell. The main thing in internet marketing is if there is an assurance to make it legit so that everyone will trust you and your products.
