@gramen: Your recipe syntax is good. There are some things that you should change to get it working.

First of all, when you specify a module, you should look in the directory modules and enter one of the names you find there. Which module to use depends on which technology the cryptocurrency uses. In the case of Florincoin it is the module altcoin, since that module can hook in all Bitcoin and Litecoin derivatives.

Also make sure you enter Florincoin's correct RPC port.

My recipe tryout for Florincoin. It does not work yet. So I wonder what to do.  Huh

Code:
# RECIPE: Florincoin
[asset.flo]
module=florincoin
factor=1
host=127.0.0.1
port=443

@gramen: hybridd.conf contains recipe's for hooking in coins. Every recipe describes which module is to be used for connecting to the daemon of a coin. You can sure copy/paste one of the sections in the .conf to create a recipe for your coin. Feel free to post your results, and let us know if it works.

Remember that the current hybridd altcoin module is still in development, so there may be changes to recipes for coins down the road.

@cengsuwuei: Total supply of our first hybridd asset will be 5000000 tokens. It works over 5 different cryptocurrency systems. So it will use both XCP and NXT technologies at the same time, as well as LSK, Omni and ETH.

So I am looking at hybridd.conf and see some sections that describe altcoins in there. What I if want to add an altcoin? Do I copy-paste something?

@JoltCola, welcome to Bitcointalk. Thank you for pointing out our GitHub link was missing here, AmmO means well...

Hello all,

We are the ICOrating team.

We’re creating the most detailed database of every company that is having, or planning to have, an ICO. We’re also developing ratings and analytical reports that will increase potential investors’ awareness on such companies.

We’re happy to announce that Internet of Coins is now listed on our website. Check it out here http://icorating.com/project/44/Internet-of-Coins

We appreciate any feedback. Please feel free to contact us if there are any additions/corrections you want to insert.
Hi ICOrating, thank you for including us in your upcoming evaluated projects. Your site looks genuine, and I like the quality of the reports a lot. Seems like a much needed service.

I added your link to the second post, will ask Joachim later to add it to the OP.
I have been through some of the reports and will make sure you receive detailed information for each chapter to verify. This may take some time, so give me another week just to be sure. I am also available to do a Skype AMA with you guys if required to fill in any blanks.

To provide some additions:
- You can find some of our source on GitHub: https://github.com/internetofcoins
We have been developing on private hubs, and recently pushed the daemon and the whitepaper to this one. The whitepaper was originally published on January 3rd, 2015 (Bitcoins 6th birthday).
- Our blog: https://internetofcoins.org
- LinkedIn (of lead dev): https://www.linkedin.com/in/joachim-de-koning-a5874b25
- For Reddit, we mainly just posted in /bitcoin

We don´t have our own Slack channel. For standups we use a self-hosted solution i.c.w. GitHub for planning. Not planning on creating a separate Slack chan; would rather answer questions in public. And it saves us the time to manage & moderate it. Pim (our marketeer) may join a few other general chans though.

@gramen: after the group testing in the Netherlands, multiple developers can start to take it apart. Matthias has been gathering some already; you are more than welcome to break our stuff Wink

My programming is perhaps not strong enough for the team. Maybe I try to work with your code first and let you know how it goes?

@arteis406: True. It is still 53 days before we launch our fundraiser. Compared to some projects that may be a bit long. However, we want to prepare properly for it.

Good news is, we are currently being investigated by a due diligence team for a large listing site. We hope they'll find our project solid and provide a review of their findings.

Want to be added to our dev team?

There was another recent ICO with the same thing. I think someone is reviving their old sock puppet accounts to create ICO scams.

We can use a lot less of those, on that we all agree. :-)

I lost a lot of crypto to folding exchanges and am sick and tired of it too.

It's precisely that problem we are trying to address: the centralised trust model.

Peace,
