We don't see Cosmos as competition to what we are doing. Smiley As a foundation we are more focused on collaboration than competition. The guys at Cosmos have a good idea that involves a kind of pegging that we think would benefit our project as well.

As you can read on our website we want to make all blockchain related value systems into an integrated financial web. This environment will enable coins to participate in a system that requires no changes to be made to their wallet code and we use no pegging construction.

The design Cosmos is developing uses zones that peg value. These zones may be very interesting for high-frequency trading, while we are currently focused on providing personal finance for everyone. We don't use a blockchain like Cosmos for instance, because we are more interesting interested in combining the blockchains that are already there. This doesn't rule out that we may like to integrate Cosmos into our environment in the future to enable high frequency trading. At this time, however, it is not our priority.

We've been working on a method of consensus that has no need of a blockchain. We will share more about this when we have done our alpha tests with the testing group.

if I get it right, looks like you guys are competing with cosmos!
So, what is your exact aim? what are you guys trying to build? because I don't see your consensus algorithm..

Will the ICO conducted through escrow?
Yes. The Dutch NLnet Foundation will be the receiver and guardian of all funds throughout the entirety of the project (not just the campaign). They have been a supporter of open source projects for the past 20 years. You can find their recommendations here. Every expense has to be published and justified; NLnet is checked by the Dutch government.
NLnet is recognized by the government as a ´Public Benefit Organisation´, so Dutch funders can even receive a tax exemption for participating.

Hi, in case you plan translation bounties and need thread in Russian, I would like to reverse it. I sent a request via the website as well. Thanks
@agent725    nice project and i can offer chinese translation, tks
is there any bounty for translate? if yes i want to reserve for translation into indonesia languange
reserve indonesian translations sir
thank you
To all: thank you very much for these offers. I am currently bootstrapping the CMS we use for all the translations. We´ll contact you ASAP.
List of bounties and requested translations will be posted here.

any bounty ? bounty social media ? Grin
Any bounty campaign like twitter camp, facebook camp, signature camp etc
Currently, most bounties are aimed at development or translations. Send me some successful examples (with published conversion rates for actual signups or translations etc) and we´re open to allocate from the budget of the PR agencies to the community. Eventually, all you guys here would probably be the early adopters anyway Smiley
We´re going to need quite some translators as well, so translating ambassadors for the site and foreign boards are welcomed. Will post a list which languages have priority due to the campaign.

What are further plans after the publication of an alpha release and loading on Github?
Will you have an open testing of the project or only the start of a ready-made product?
And what promotion is planned on bitcointalk?
- Further plans: have the alpha tested by the dev community (Matthias has been gathering developers in his threads), so they can try out how their own coins can be used on the multiwallet besides the first few we support off the shelf. Just to be clear; no one will have to pay or buy in for this. For the most popular ones (ranking based on Coinmarketcap) we´ll also provide bounties. Hybrid valueswapping will be the next milestone, but first we want the multiwallet to be stable, secure and easy-to-use. Depending on the outcome of the crowdfund, we intend to scale up the team to reduce delivery times.
- Open testing of the product. The wallet alpha is tested now with a closed group first, to weed out the most obvious bugs and keep the process managable. After that we´ll need feedback from all sides for instance to make sure interoperability is maintained, the GUI optimized, and security kept top notch.
- Promotion - as you may notice from my response just above this one, we mostly outsourced PR support to external parties, but are open to support campaigning efforts by the community on the board. For instance both the site, BCT opening post and press releases are being translated.

Since even before we started, there have been initiatives with... hollow promises, opening up for funds without a single line of code. Our main focus for the past years has been to first produce something tangible and preferably at least partially usable, so the community can actually verify we´re creating something real which could be an addition to (or an evolution of) the cryptosphere.

If anyone feels their question is insufficiently answered, please reply and I´ll clarify. I´ll add your questions and answers to the FAQ on the website as well.

@yhlsqj: Yes, we have been working on this since 2014, and have already put our early alpha code on Github. It contains the hybridd core, processor and scheduler, plus some rudimentary modules. These are functional, but not production ready. You can clone the repository and execute...
Code:
./hybridd
...in the directory of the alpha to test it. It is an init of the processing core, so no complete bootstrap yet.

We are currently working on our first alpha release which will be featuring a GUI, and can perform deterministic transactions from the processor core using client-side code injection (i.e. no sending of private keys over SSL, like we've seen in some 'secure' web front-ends). Our alpha test group will be testing this release the next four months, so we can fix any security and cryptography related bugs, after which we will upload it to Github.

Would like to meet your friends at the Expo. We do not have a table there, but they can meet up with us right after the speech, or find us (three of our team) walking around the Expo. Smiley Any way I can recognize them?

You have developed it since 2014? I ask this because I saw your previous OP. It is an ambitious project like maidsafe, but they released nothing in 10 years, will you release something soon? And for the speech in Expo, which table will you be in there? My friends will attend on London Expo too, so maybe he can visit you.

Just read all of Development story.pretty sure if Internet of coins is a very serious project.but a litle confused what is the asset STORMWIND your own asset

I read up on that one. Pretty story, though I lost the plot totally. U have to edit out the first two sentences  and rethink the second chapter before publishing that draft.
