any ETA on when the Metro Bank "Technical" Issue will be resolved?

Metro Bank (UK) - Technical error on Metro interface.
I have called Santander and they say 100% they transfer to Intersangos Metro Bank Account was processed last friday
I then called Metro bank to ask them if they were any such technical errors resulting in late deposits etc and they had no idea what i was talking about and everything is apparently fine at Metro bank also
Which brings us back to Intersango ............. who are not telling us the truth for some reason and suggested to me my bank had not sent the money

The Problem is a banking error which will be fixed by monday

are they broke or what ?
