Hello Bitcointalk community!

My name is bitzing and i would just like to introduce myself!

Ive had a chance to look through the forums and have learned quite a bit about bitcoin and almost everything that has to
do with it right here on these forums. I love how everything here is very intuitive and how everyone is eager to help you with
any issues you may have.

As for me i see so many oppurtunitys to make financial gain by legal means but with a currency that shares the same views i have.
Im thankful for bitcoin and everyone who works hard to see bitcoin become a success. And I thank everyone here for this amazing site as well!

well thanks guys and now im off to check out more threads!

Hi! I mining btc from 10/2012 on 2 gpu - 7950. But 13/03/2013 1 gpu was been damaged =(((
So, I wait asic's))

HI GUYS!!!

I have  a watercooled 5870 and upped the voltage to 1.275v, @600MHz RAM (Afterburner can't slide any less than that, why??) Core @ 1080MHz. GPU is running near 50C in ambient room temp of 76F in these settings. For some reason, when I up the core to 1100Mhz, the screen flickers every 10 seconds, and the core clock speed drops to 600MHz for a second, then back up to 1100Mhz. Why??? ATi card always have stupid silly issues. Anyways at 1080Mhz core, I get around 465-470MH/s

I am going to run it as hard as I can before summer hits!!!

Hope the card can hold up to voltage increases while on water.

Update: I dropped the voltage down to 1.212, left the core at 1075MHz and I get 463 MH/s, I think I will leave it like that since the temps drop -3C, no reason to stress my card like that.

Even with watercooling, the back of the card gets HOT!!! Should I put a case fan blowing on the back of the card while mining?

Hi,
I've accidentaly built a time-machine while playing some Grateful Dead and Canned Heat songs on my old guitar too close to the microwave with some chicken breasts in it. Do not try this at home, it can go horribly wrong!
Anyway, I've just come back from the future and I'm happy to buy any bitcoins for 10 000$ a piece.

Howdy!

Been familiar with bitcoin for a few years, started following the price charts / this forum's wall observer thread a few months ago. Almost bought in at 45, been kicking myself that I didn't. Finally pulled the trigger a couple days ago.

I'm sure by the time I finish this post BFL will have shipped Wink

Hey guys how's it going?  I'm a small time miner just using my free electricity to help pay the rest of the bills.  I got into mining about a year ago and I've been addicted since.  Glad I finally found a place to hang my hat  Wink

Hey all, Here's my speil:

Long time lurker, first time poster.  I've been actively involved in bitcoin since I bought a BFL single FGPA and preordered their 60 GH/s ASIC back in July 2012.  I do post sometimes on reddit.com/r/bitcoins, but not super often (and not under this same handle Wink) I've been aware of bitcoin for quite a while, because of the publicity it got in Wired, Ars tech, etc.  I have no classical financial or computer science education (I have a career in medecine), but I'm a curious type and have learned a lot in my spare time.  I'm interested in eventually opening a bitcoin related business, but I have a lot to learn before that.  That's about it.

Cheers,

Notorious

I am new to Bitcoin. Trying to mine with my laptop. =P (My bills are included in rent, plus it helps warm my room in the cold weather.)
I wish I knew about this earlier (like everyone else lol).
I don't really looking to earn money. It's more about seeing numbers go up. If you play any MMO or loot based dungeon crawlers, you know what I mean.
