you should put the restrictions on the registration page so people who have no idea about restrictions aren't lost on why they are restricted =) just my 2 cents.. or .0000000001 btc.. haha
Yay! A pointless post towards my five-post requirement to get out of the newbie section! I'd rather there be another way like summarizing a paragraph to prove I'm human, but oh well.
I think in this day and age of everyone trying to spam the hell out of everyone else these restrictions are an unfortunate necessary inconvenience...
