Hi.

I registered in order to respond to an add of someone selling BTC's.  But since I can only post here, I can't let him know I'm interested.

Hopefully I'll be able to post before they're all gone.

Whatever salutation you prefer, replace this sentence with it.

Anyway, I've been a bit of a lurker for about a week to learn a bit more on BitCoin. As for personal introduction, I'm just a college kid who would take advantage of this for people who use it (as I would). Then again, that's how money works to begin with. Not really a miner except for using BitCoin Plus while I'm away.

Wish i had known it was so easy.

Quicker than getting whitelisted in my opinion!

Been a lurker for a couple months, this forum has been my main source of information about bitcoin. Though when i found out about the five post rule when I registered I wasn't too happy, I suppose the low amount of spammers makes up for it. Le~ w/e. -Chen

However, I'm not sure if I should go with 5x5770, or 4x6950. Any advise?

4x6950 would cost me ~$1200 ($1900 total) for about 1.3-1.5Gh/s OCed
5x5770 would cost me ~$600 ($1300 total) for about 1Gh/s OCed

the above prices include all shipping+taxes, basically delivered to your door.

Which one would generate less heat, use less power per Mh?

This gives some info you may or may not have seen...

There is another page somewhere that breaks down energy usage per Mh but I can't find now.   Huh

Hello World!  (That's gotta be pretty worn-out on a board full of coders, no?)

...Sup?

I've been mining a few months - been lurking a bit too - but decided to join after (actually during) the record breaking (?) 13mil (and counting) share round AND to say thanks to m0mchil for fixing poclbm.

Thanks.

Bye.
