Hi all,

I've been mining for a couple of weeks, so thought I ought to get round to posting.

In the interests of making the bitcoin economy actually work, I've also started accepting bitcoins as payment for adverts on my 150,000+ pageview/day Scrabble Cheat-O-Matic: http://spod.cx/cheat-o-matic.shtml

It's not much, I know, but I figure every little helps Smiley

And as it happens, yes, I do like cheese.

Nice thinking

Hi everyone

I'm Sam from Switzerland. At the moment i mine with my GeForce 8600GT @ 4 MH/s... not quite the burner Roll Eyes . Since electric costs are very high here in Switzerland it's cheaper to buy the bitcoins rather than mine them. Still, i dream about my own FPGA mining rig to mine my own coins.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm from Aus, where we seem to have a hell of a lot of trouble purchasing bit coins.

Hopefully this site can help

Cheers Morphing

Didn't realize that this was a full-on forum but I guess that's cool.  Kinda sad that we have to toil in noob purgatory for who knows how long.  Anyway...this is a kickass service and I can't wait to have the money to use it again.  Nice to meet you all.

Hello everyone Smiley I've been bitcoining for a while now. I'm currently running experiments using evolutionary neural networks to attempt to examine or predict as to how the price of bitcoins might change over time - this is a pretty common technique used by big investment firms as a source of stock market information, but bitcoin is a more attractive domain since there are fewer sources of uncertainty than in the "big boy" stock market, making tweaking and fine-tuning faster. Hoping to share my results+discussion here some time soon!
