Until  there is real evidence of the problem being resolved I will remain  firm with my initial view of Bc.game casino as a fraudulent casino.  So I don't care where you start from  and with a new or old account because we here only want evidence like what you claim to solve cases. There no need to beat around the bush that in reality  everyone wont just stay silent just because you bring new news doesnt mean all complaints are resolved.  You have time to clean up your reputation but if it continues there  will be no solution and the more users complain that your actions don't  match what you say.
And I agree this thread is pretty useless if complaints in the scam section keeps accumulating and old ones are not resolved and closed, they have to resolve the old ones for the community to believe that you have a good intention in creating this thread, there are cases where you undergo mediation and lose and yet you delay payment.

Its good that you did not moderate this thread if this is moderated you will get more bad feedback because it will become self serving, you have to accept that people will not like you creating a thread like this when there are open accusations that needs to address.
Lets see in the coming weeks if this thread serves it purpose of building trust and transparency.

That's why aside for posting those message to fix some issues they need to show proof that they are really working on it. Since many are skeptical about words telling that they are here stepping up then want to fix issues but nothing happen. its time for them to show something great to the community and if there are legit people telling that there old issues has been solve then maybe it can change the mind of people and convince that they are for real here.

Those open accusations need to address first before anything else since those people which create a thread could verify if BC.game representative is really solving their issues and didn't just hype people since they planning something that they think they can benefit on.

While I don’t really see the benefit of opening a side topic with a new account to adress the issues, we can only hope all issues will be resolved quickly. Some damage is already done but as Efialtis pointed not all claims are valid, but the ones that are valid need to be adressed asap. Not only saying that it will be solved but showing concrete actions that they are solved.

Why not instead of creating a new supposedly account dedicated to all question and "building trust and transparency", why not just paid all those members their money back?

Or simply answer all the scam accusations against your platform?

In any case this thread will obviously open the floodgates for those who have issues on you and then you could just left them hanging, just saying.

Guys, let`s not "exaggerate" and try to keep it real - for what it`s worth, I was informed about this and not only agreed that it was a good idea to (finally) get into solving the issues, I was even happy to learn about it. I am in constant communication with the BC.Game team and actually (you know me by now, I hope), gave them my honest feedback.

All we can do right now is wait and see.

Side note: Let`s not forget that not each and every complaint is valid/legit - the ones who are, I clearly gave them my opinion.

I just knew they would create a dedicated thread with a new account here to try to regain the reputation that is heavily tarnished just like what 1xbit did three years ago but in the end, you will do what 1xbit did just confusing the community that you are really honest in trying to resolve all the issues here, there's no need of a new thread all you have to do is to go to all complaints in the scam section and address the issues fairly, with your main account of course just like what members recommended you to do.

Situations like these is damage control at best. The team notices they have a bad rep on the forum and are working to draw a smoke screen over that while the real issues still exists. I will be willing to bet that this is the platform where they get the most criticism and scam allegations, but not all their victims are here.

If you really want to solve "all" issues, your support team should be active and you will take your time to address each case (not just on bitcointalk) to close them all with the best possible outcome.

I will circle back to this in 2-3 business days to see how much cases hs been fixed.

Messaged the BC.GAME account here on bitcointalk (ignored)

Messaged CEO on Telegram  (mostly ignored, then passed off to support and ignored again)

That seems to be the intentional plan, maybe just hoping I go away.

It seems like the person behind the account is different, maybe Bc.game hiring someone who will be active in this forum that he has a job desk to chill someone who complaint against their site to make the victim feel they will work into the case.

I don't really think there's an issue with BC. game wanting to take a more active role in this community and address some of the problems that have piled up.  It's definitely better than just ignoring all the complaints and allegations thrown their way.  Having someone dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication isnt unreasonable.  Not saying it'll fix everything, but props to them for trying.

At the end of the day communities are built on trust.  If BC. game makes an effort to hear player concerns, they could start rebuilding bridges.  Im willing to give them a chance rather than write them off.  But words have to turn into actions at some point or it's just talk.

Saying this because I've been following his case closely, IMO, it's not that difficult.

Putting aside the very questionable suggestion your live support ask him to do, you initially voided Gekke's bet for an incorrect odds, which later revised to exploiting unfavorable odds, while what he did was looking for a bookie who gave him the best odds. I failed to see how this is an abuse.

I think it's equal counterpart to wanting to buy something online and you open several shopping apps to see which app gives the best price. You're free to correct and educate me on this matter.

You are just watching in the sideline for months without any response to the thread. Most of the pending issue against your casino was you already lose on the discussion to 3rd party arbitrator.
