I think it's not a right time to invest in icos. Becouse all things have a time, and icos invest is not this time. This is the good time to invest in crypto coins because the price is very cheap. But personally, I will go for ICO investment too.They take users money and ends up running away without delivering what they have promised. It's not really good to invest in ICO nowadays because we are on the bear market. Almost all ico have been failed with their fundraising stage. They are not prosper and discontinue their project, sometimes we tag them as scam but its not really their aim to get scam to people but rather they just failed with their goal to raise money that's they can't continue their project because of lack of financial support.
