We have TOO many ICOs during this team. I cannot how many ICOs we have within the last year. Probably more than 200, 300. What that number of ICOs how could holders focus on investing and researching?

This year so far is not good for any currency. Almost every investor lost their money or value. Now people are putting their money in reliable low price Altcoin, because these coins possess more potential than ICOs and big coins. I also do not want to invest my money in any new ICO because it is no more trustable and just a waste of money. You can utilize your money in better place. We have TOO many ICOs during this team. I cannot how many ICOs we have within the last year. Probably more than 200, 300. What that number of ICOs how could holders focus on investing and researching?

invest in ico can be done at any time with our consequences must be more detailed and more able to choose a potential coin. because now ico is one way to give coins that have good potential to get profit. so I think choosing a coin is a smart way and avoiding the risk of loss.
ICO has saturated, should not invest in ICO at this time 
The main problem with new ICOs is reliability and authentication. People do not trust them anymore. I myself think that investment in ICOs is waste of time and money. It is much better to invest in big and reliable coins like bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Liza etc. you will be mentally relaxed and satisfied. There is no need to test any ICO for your investment.

This time is even the perfect time to draw your plan and know what you need to do before it’s late, cause if you continue to wait for when the market will recover, it might take you by surprise and you will lose that opportunity. So do it now, invest right now before it is late, at least the price of tokens are very cheap now. but i think that difficult because market continue down, maybe we can hear a good news in nov or dec like last year.
all altcoins are falling. so it's not only Ethereum. why many pay attention to ethereum, because most tokens are on the ethereum platform. ICO is a scam or not, it's been a long time. even when ethereum pumps, the ICO scam is still ongoing. So whether the ICO is still good for investment or not, it is in yourself. how do you choose ICO, because this is crypto in the internet. some are good there are bad ones. and in my opinion, the ICO is still 50:50.

I don't invest in ICO for now becaus many ico scam and fail, it's better to wait for tokens listed in the exchange from successful ICO. Buying the token when the pirice cheaper than ICO price.

Same with my thinking should not invest to ICO after 2018. Most of the ICO project after 2018 is not reliable but may be there is little real project. The chance for ICO after 2018 reach the moon is so small. However, hope for the miracle. Cheer.

The best time is while the bull run is happening. When you take some profits from those established ones that have some plays happening. So you can divide your profit for ICOs or bag some or trade more.
Before investing in an ICO, one should study the idea of the project and its prospects, compare with similar projects, study the development team and the projects in which they participated, as well as the success of these projects.

Yeah I totally agree with you that it is now very much a scam ICO which can make lose our money if invested there. Now really hard to find a really nice ICO.
I'm 100% sure that ETH will build itself back, during the last days it grew from 175 to 250$ easily, if bull run starts - it will go back to 700-800 with the same ease.

Yes, of course this time for me it's better for me to choose an investment coin in Exchange. I prefer to choose investment coins. I will be able to make a good profit for me predicting the price of any digital currency after the ICO ends.
