indeed, many IEOs have been carried out, but I think only a few are in the spotlight of investors. especially investment in IEO binance, I think that is a choice that must be done because we can see some IEO projects there experiencing very popular growth.

and sell when the price already in overbought area,,
then don't be greedy, learn from the past a greedy man will always be a looser in all trading activity

I think buy when up trend already confirmed is good to do, at least we're not really speculate with it if we buy it in price that maybe still stable or maybe when rumor about coin that we want to buy already come.

That will be a good choice if you can find the right coins or project. But for the project, I think you need to leave it for a while because we don't know which project will have a good way to increase. Meantime, you have a lot of potential coins including bitcoin to buy in every month until December. But I won't suggest investing everything right now because we never know what will happen later and it is better to invest the money we can afford.
